They should make this clear that you cannot return this. I had to cancel a trip, thus cancel the necessity of this test. $200+ down the drain.

Don't buy this product. Took the test on Feb 11 for a trip to Hawaii and didn't get the results until Feb 17. Flew in to Sea-Tac on Feb 14 and did not have the results so I had to spend the night there and take another test at a testing facility near the airport and spend $186. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
Terrible. Read my story! Purchased without seeing the fine print (not in product description, only a bullet below the “buy it now” button) that the test will not work for airline flights on Tuesday or Wednesday. We noticed the bullet point after purchasing but BEFORE delivery. I called AZOVA to cancel the order and they said it no problem since they hadn’t shipped. Web site is non-intutive without direct direction to scheduling the covid test Order the test individually on the web site and do not use the dependent option. I ordered and scheduled a test for my wife & self . order went fine and scheduled the appointment. Only 1 test came but same tracking info for both of us. Online help is a joke with 20 minute lapses in chat sessions and no follow through. Call a real person in Utah who identified the issue and got the test kit out. 5 days till we take the test and fingers crossed.
If I could give less than one star I would. The website is not clear as to who the "vouchers" will come from or when. In addition the times you have available to you for "video" monitoring are very limited to Mountain business time. Lastly the guarantee is a result within 12-48 hours from the time the test was RECEIVED, but in order to use it for travel you have to TAKE the test within a 72 hour window and then RUN to UPS to get it shipped overnight leaving only 24 hours maximum for your test results to be completed (which i... read more
given the money they are making, even with the short time frame, this was WAY more paperwork, time waster, and confusion needed. They need to hire a process engineer.
Zero communication, they don't track the shipments. They don't tell you it's late or and ETA of when it will be complete.
Did not go smoothly
Test was not completed within 3 days in order for us to travel to Hawaii, despite assurances from the company. We ended up having to spend $700 for a separate test at the airport, whose rusults were ready in one hour, in order to make our flight. Not knowing if we would be able to board our plane until hours before our flight was very stressful. In retrospect, reliable result delivery is more valuable than cost saving.
