Very nice meeting with [name removed]. We were very impressed with the list of activities, amenities, and facilities. We had been anxious to consider places with full kitchens, rather than the kitchenettes in our other tours. The 2BR unit was just what we had hoped for in terms of space, layout, and storage. We were also pleased to hear about the guest apartment and the ability to do a test rental for a month, if that would help to get a sense of the vibe, activities, and services available. Staff is great, always smiling and polite, food is "so so" and accommodations are okay. I ordered a two bedroom unit which probably helps even though there is only me.
When it comes to the meals - mostly veg - some do not like - some of the meat is to tough. I do not use the activities but there is a lot available. Value for cost - overall happy. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families, several veterans here and staff welcome them. TV and Wi-Fi and all utilities included.

I like the pleasant nature of the helpers. They could improve on actually delivering on what you pay for in regards to assistance. However, we would not recommend this community to other families. My mother has been thoroughly enjoying her time at Bartlett Reserve senior living. The warm and welcoming community, combined with attentive staff, has made her feel right at home. She loves the engaging activities, delicious meals, and the friendships she has formed with other residents. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure her comfort and happiness, which brings us peace of mind. Bartlett Reserve has truly been a wonderful choice for her, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and environment they provide.
I recently toured Bartlett Reserve and was so impressed! The staff was friendly, the community was clean and inviting, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I met seemed happy to be there. The manager was upbeat and can tell he genuinely enjoyed showing me the community. I can’t wait to move in and experience it for myself. I’ll leave another review once I settled in.
I can’t say enough good things about Bartlett Reserve! From the moment I walked in, [name removed]in sales treated me like family—what a gem she is! The place is spotless, the staff are as friendly as can be, and the atmosphere just feels like home. It’s clear they truly care about the people here. If I were ready to move in, this would be the place, no question!
