Very informative surgeon, very specific about my specific needs and options.Patient coordinator very friendly and approachable, down to earth and optimistic. I never felt rushed or brushed off " like I did with the other surgeon's office help."
I have seen pictures of his work and he is really good at what he does but he is very highly priced.
Felt rushed out after procedure. I was not fully awake and still under influence of anesthesia.
The surgeon answered all my questions in detail. The coordinator was very calming. They made me feel as comfortable as possible in that situation.

Dr. Basu and his staff were extremely kind and patient, answering all my questions and giving me enough information to know my decision was solid. I felt safe and cared for at all times and the anesthesiologist they selected for my procedure was outstanding in every way. Excellent communication from everyone. Thorough followups and good tips for helping me through recovery. No hard sell of anything.
Dr. Basu and his staff truly were amazing. They kept me informed with all information and were very knowledgable about the surgery. Everyone was pleasant, positive and supportive of my choices. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. AND HE DID AN AMAZING JOB !
