Dr. Basu is an artist! He did an amazing job! The Staff is phenomenal! They treat their customers as if they're family.
As a Registered Nurse as well, I was nothing but impressed with everyone from Dr. Basu to the patient coordinators. My consultation was a thorough consult with no questions left to be had. I was comfortable with every one in the entire office, from start to finish, consult to post op check ins. Dr. Basu and specifically Tiffany RN made the experience personable and comfortable; I was confident that I was in good and more importantly trustworthy hands. I cannot applaud the entire staff and professionalism enough.
Very professional, very detailed, works with you for the best appointment time, closely reviews health and requires consent and testing from your other physicians if your not in perfect health. Very respectful, but very frank with regard to you being a viable candidate and recommends other procedures that may better suit your needs. It was just an AWESOME experience with an AWESOME team.
I had a combination of procures and for that, the discount was $1K, but that discount was ONLY available if I committed with a deposit immediately, or else the discount is not available. This pressure tactic is similar to a used car salesman tactic, and I didn't think it fit the practice or the doctor.
Dr Basu was obviously highly qualified for the procedure I was interested in. I didn't feel the need to have other consultations. I was highly satisfied with the staff, nurses, procedure and Dr. Basu. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.
Vivian was spectacular. She made me feel at ease and was thorough Ahd shared her own personal surgery experience. Dr. Basu impressed me greatly. He went into detail none of the other consults did and gave me more options such as a partial lift. I was impressed with the entire staff and process. I feel so blessed to have found this doctor Ahd his incredible staff. I really feel like I had the best care available!
I was disappointed that they confirmed my appointment for a different time than was scheduled. They should've asked if I could've made the new time. Also, I repeatedly asked for registration forms. Finally when it was sent the log in information was incorrect. Dr. Basu's costs were significantly higher ($8K) than the other two board certified surgeons.
Doctor took his time during surgery, followed up that night with a personal phone call to see if I was ok and/or had any questions/concerns, and treated me as a person, not a patient. And the staff was wonderful. I received personalized care before, during, and after. I felt the doctor listed to me and understood what I wanted. Very nice experience.
