Before the surgery, I hated to look in the mirror. I looked older than I felt and tried very hard not be in any pictures. After surgery, I love the way I look. My everyday life is unbelievably better! I don't feel swollen, walking around with a fat suit on. It was incredibly uncomfortable! I'm not out of breath, my clothes are not choking my body! I feel so much healthier! Dr. Basu told me exactly how he was going to shape my body and he did. The outcome was and is amazing!!
I am satisfied with the professionalism of the clinic and know I was in hands of experts who really cared about my concerns.
Dr. Basu is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is patient. He takes his time to explain everything and be sure that the patient fully understands the actions he recommends. I am not new to plastic surgery and recently moved here from New York City, and Dr.Basu and his staff have 100% superseded all of my expectations and more. I would highly recommend him, and I would never go to a different doctor. Dr. Basu and his staff truly are the best.
The nurses and coordinator were very helpful, courteous, and prompt. I had a few setbacks after surgery and the doctor called me on a Sunday after hearing my concerns. The nurses emailed me throughout my follow up care and it was a blessing. The entire team gave me a warm feeling when I wasn't happy due to my swelling and they were not happy. I love the confidence it gave me back and being able to look and feel great in clothes now Everyone was so nice and professional. Even after my surgery my nurse kept up with me via text or calling for about a month or so after I had my surgery. Plus my results are great! I would do it all over again
