Everyone was so nice and knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I felt very secure in choosing Dr Basu to do the surgery!

The Dr and staff was extremely friendly, and I would have went with this place, however the fees were not outlined to me at all. It was just an estimate with a number. No surgeon fee, hospital fee, etc. In addition, the fees were about 2x's higher any other quote I received and although I think he is a great Dr. I feel that the cost did not justify the extreme difference in price. I asked about the fee being negotiable at all and really didn't get a definitive answer, so I went elsewhere.
The nurses were helpful and kind. They made the experience. The patient coordinator(s) tried, but kept on giving me misinformation.
From the initial phone conversation to the consultation and the treatment estimate everyone was very professional and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable that I had chosen the right place for my surgery.
Great experience across the board. I felt 100% comfortable, well informed, and I feel like Vivian picked up that I was ready to move forward quickly so literally had the consultation and within a week, surgery. My timeframe was by the end of the year but ultimately I was ready to go as soon as possible... happened to be sooner than I expected but worked out perfectly.
