the first surgery I've ever had and it was an awesome experience and awesome staff . I love how my implants came out , its exactly what I asked the doctor for 100%
Most importantly, I was kept safe. I recovered without complications. My results are what I hoped for. I believe my results are due to a high, expert level of skill by all involved in the surgery.
Initial contact when scheduling my first visit was disappointing. Had to follow up three times to be scheduled. After that everything else was handled appropriately.
Linnea is the best. She knows what she is doing. Everyone is so nice. I never had to wait when I had my appointments for post op. Dr. Basu did what he said he would.
Well let me start by saying that my nurse well Nurse Sasha was the best. She treated me and dealt and is still dealing with me during this journey. I can be a big baby and she always made sure that she made me feel confrontable and trusted her. She was always available when needed and can't be thankful enough for Nurse Sasha. Dr. Basu has a very great loving and sincere Nurse in his wonderful staff. She is exceptional and loves her job. Thanks Sasha for putting up with me and still.
Over all I am highly satisfied. Early post surgery I was anxious about the same at my garment was fitting and I felt like my concern was dismissed. The garment did crate a scar and the first time Dr. Basu saw the scar his immediate response was that my garment was indeed too tight. I still have the scar on my upper abdomen :(

The attention to detail received from Dr. Basu & staff Pre, during, and post surgery provided me with amazing results and a quick recovery.
