I I just bought a car here and it was the WORST experience I have ever had IN MY LIFE! I ended up being there for 10 HOURS! The used car manager promised me he would replace a rim cap that was missing and repair some chips and scratches. He did buff out one of the scratches BUT he never replaced the cap and didn't even address the chip that he said he would. Horrible service. I can't even begin to explain the atrocities I've dealt with here. Some of it is so petty and indescribable that only an example will suffice: I need an oil change under warranty. Try to schedule. I work 9-5 and they keep asking about 3pm. I tell them I can't I work 9-5. They tell me they open at 7am. Online it says service department open at 7am. Worst experience at a dealership and I have purchased a lot of cars. From the get go, Hassan was not engaged in making the sale. The car was parked in the showroom and I asked for a test drive. He said we cannot test drive until we negotiate the price. Why would I do that? Why waste my time if the car is not mechanically fit? i perchase new murano in this dealer ship,they add 4 warranty to my contact.most warranty is from thirdpaty ,and that all useless for new car,cost me about $6500 plus tax.they give me all paperwork after i pick up the car.i go back to them sak for cancel those warrantys,they say i need contact the conpany for cancel ,most warranty is uncanceltable.i wll tell erery people don't go this dealer.
We came to the dealership with the reason to purchase latest model used vehicle. The salesperson who was introduce as the name "Sasha" was very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. We don't recommend to do the business with the Bay ridge Nissan.

Dealership is terrible,went there from NJ to see a CPO NISSAN got there and it was covered in bird crap,dog hair all over seats, salesman said they will detail like new,then after they get my info they tell me it sold 1 minute ago and and they tried to BAIT AND SWITCH me with another car that had car fax accident,The next day I called and was told its available.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

On Wednesday me and my husband Manuel Cruz Baez was treated very badly at Bay Ridge Nissan, Denisse Abreu was suppose to help us but my husband was never was given the chance to test drive the car. Dealing with this dealership was my nightmare. They lured me in with a lease offer that they couldn't honor and tried to offer me options so I need to pay more. I left my car with their valet while I was trying to make a deal and got my tire punctured. No one took responsibility for this even though that happened during the time my car was at their valet.
