The salesman I dealt with had very general statements regarding the inspections and tests taken on the used vehicle I was looking into buying. I felt as though buying a used car warranted even more questions, but I was still met with answers like "don't worry, we do a good inspection," or "they inspect everything" or "I'm not so sure, I'll have to check on that, but don't worry." Recently I bought a used Chevy equinox 2014 from nissan bay ridge dealer .the sales person(recardo) was helpful and very nice . However,the price unbelievable. The car was 20000 . With financing they charged me 43000.I could not believe I have done a such stupid thing like that . Im really stupid .now I have the deal with my stupidity . I was looking over other reviews and wish that I too, had good things to say but I don't. I am still waiting for my deposit money to be refunded back to my bank account. When signing for the deposit transaction, I was told if I didn't buy a car from Bayridge Nissan, I would have a refund in about 10 business days. It's now over a month. I brought my 2012 Nissan Altima to the service center at Bay Ridge Nissan because my right rear window only went up from the main switch. I had brought my car here for this problem previously, but the staff told me it would take some time and to bring it when I would be able to leave the car. I use my car to commute everyday, so it was difficult for me to find the time to do this. I went to Bay Ridge Nissan on Feb 12th to return my Nissan lease. I wanted to re-lease with Nissan. I test drove a Rogue. We agreed on a price, signed the agreement and I was told it would take "a few days" to locate the Rogue in the color I wanted. I called a few days later to check the status. I was told no Rogue was located it would be a "few more days". This continued 10 days, 15 days, 20 days. No Rogue! I asked for a gun metallic or black 2015 Rogue. I agreed on a price with one of the sales manager and came in and was told that the car was not available yet (why have it show in stock on your website if it is not available?). I made the mistake of putting down a deposit to come pick up the car later. I came in when it was available (1 1/2 weeks later) and was given a price much higher price than the original agreed upon price. I walked into Bay Ridge Nissan ready to purchase a Vehicle everything was fine. Then walked out after they Changed all the terms. I was about to trade in my car, give them a down payment and sign the papers that is when the finance manager Barry insisted they could not honor the price the sales person quoted.
