Parking was horrible, room needs to pay attention when cleaning! Dirty faucet and shower door

There was no heat in the room. The air just kept blowing cold. I didnt sleep at all.

We had to evacuate the 4th floor at 2 am for a fake fire alarm, staff were unclear and unhelpful, ruined the first night. When I complained in person, the staff did not acknowledge the complaint. The parking lot was extremely distant to the check in desk. The doors are thin, you can hear every drunk stumble to their room all night. But the place looks pretty.

Ok place. Room not so clean. Left all day came back after 4pm and my room was not done yet. I call front desk they said it was going to get done, almost 5p not done yet. Had to ask again. Waited more than an hour in the lobby.

Front desk guy made us wait at the front desk to check in for almost 15 minutes while he went to check a room for a different guest. I feel he could've checked us in first as its not a long process and it was late in the evening/early morning. Then we get into our room and neither bed had fitted sheets on it, just a regular sheet and both beds sheets were dirty! We order a pizza, medium as there was 2 adults and 2 kids and the thing is barely bigger than a personal size pizza and it was $16 bucks and just pepperoni. A friend... read more

It was a great property. I guess the default room type is a king room. This didn't work for my family of 4. But they were fine with switching us to a room with 2 queens.

Average at best The hotel was average at best. The one good point was the staff were very polite and professional. However the walls were very thin in it was very noisy. You could hear conversations and the tv in the adjoining rooms. The heating system was very loud and didn't work properly.

Construction ruined stay. We stayed here for 2 nights. During our stay there was continuous pounding from the floor above which left us no time to enjoy the room. At the day of check out they turned the water off so I was unable to take a shower or use the bathroom.
