Drapes did not close, no service 2nd day, had to go find towels and coffee.very noisy on floor above.

Signed up for a “ Mountain View” instead had a view of the maintenance yard. There was a wedding on the property and Kids “ teens” were running up and down the hall making noise but security was never by.
The area that was smoke free like! The smoke free bar closes to early!
Sticky drinks stains left on bed tables. Sheets looked dirty
Computer system was down when we arrived. Was told we would need to wait and come back in 30 minutes, however a workaround was found allowing us to complete check in. Upon entering the reserved room, there was a cigarette smoke smell in the room necessitating a request for a new room. The restaurant was a good experience as the service was really good as was the food. The pool and hot tub were dirty and so chlorinated that the water was thick and cloudy. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. We went once and never went back. The bathroom door in our room is a terrible design, the door wouldnt stay shut so needless to say the bathroom experience was not very private. The hotel was loud at night when we were trying to sleep. The staff was nice and the room was clean but we will not stay here again.

Too much noise of people playing music so loud in the rooms. People sitting outside their door on the floor talking on their cell phones. Better security walk throughs on every floor.

We’ve stayed at Bear River approx. 6 times in the past year. It seems with each visit to the property we are more and more disappointed. The past 3 times of booking w Expedia, the property didn’t have our reservation in their system because the day manager didn’t input our reservation prior to their ending their shift.. that’s the story we’ve been told all 3 times.
