Good price, bad quality and terrible customer service We bought a living room and 2 recliner chairs at a good price. However, we had to do 2 repairs to the furniture using the 2 years warranty but unfortunately our furniture continue having problems after the warranty period which we had to pay by our selves. Customer Service is terrible so I suggest to bring the street fighter of your family (which is my wife in our case) if you are planning to ask for repairs during the warranty period. Purchased furniture online with a note that a representative would call within 24 hours to schedule delivery. No one called. After a couple of days I called customer service and was told it would have to be picked up from the distribution center. At no point did the representative say that items are only held at the distribution center for 10 days. No where in the confirmation email did it state that. Super disappointing experience, I hate it when staff and store manager hide behind STORE POLICY, then let your store policy buy your furniture. Lots me for life
This was the worst experience ever. We purchased 2 bedroom sets from them they said when we purchased it it would be guaranteed for the date we asked for it was not they called us to tell us that they could not make the delivery on that day. When the furniture was delivered the people who delivered it left a terrible mess in the hallway 5hevtwo bedrooms and everything in between there were pellets left over the floor styrofoam plastic etc.i asked one of the delivery people if they were going to clean it up he shrugged his sh... read more
Horrible service, stay away . Sofa broke down within a month then I had to deliver it for repair myself and they asked for delivery charges again so eventually their useful furniture costed me double the price and hassle, stay away at all costs
Never buy anything from here online! Bought a bed that did not come with the proper hardware, instructions, or LEGS!!! I was told that I would have to pay $35 just for the legs. Customer service at the pickup center is terrible! First and last time buying anything from Bel Furniture.
DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!! I purchased a living room set from here back in July and when the set was delivered, one couch was clearly NOT brand new. We asked the delivery men about it twice and they assured us "sometimes they assemble the furniture at the warehouse". We called and spoke with the manager and he also assured us the furniture was brand new, even though it clearly had scrapes on the cup holder and was used. Poor quality products, bad customer service. Bought king bed set after all my furniture got damaged from Harvey, the bed broken after that less than a year, it takes forever to get fixed. Actually I haven't got my broken parts to be fixed yet even dropped them off for more than 5 weeks and still waiting for another 3 weeks as they said. Dont buy the furniture there. A big lesson to learn.
There is a representative "Aida"..sounds so rude. She starts every sentence with a NO. She even does not know how to handle the customer. We were still deciding what we should and how should we go and pickup our stuff from their warehouse which is like 25 miles away from the store (when she refused to give any discount ,which she said she will do something regarding that) and she walked away .
