I wish 1/2 star was available. Like the other complaints I've read, mine is the same. Waiting for a day late, over time frame delivery. Its not worth the price to deal with this horrible delivery service. Ill pay the extra for a business promise kept.
Let's start off with THE PRICES ARE GREAT! I guess you get what you pay for. Three weeks ago I purchased a bedroom set with an extra nightstand, adjustable base and mattress and dining room. Paid $199 for "hotshot delivery". The delivery date comes around and I get only the bedroom and mattress set. I ask about the nightstand and they say it was damaged and make a note on their invoice. We bought a bed and it was full of insects, and we complained to the company and they don't want to resolve our case. We're paying for a bed that we have to throw away because they don't want to listen to us, nor resolve my problem by fumigating my house which is about to become infested. Please don't buy in this store.

Good price, bad quality and terrible customer service We bought a living room and 2 recliner chairs at a good price. However, we had to do 2 repairs to the furniture using the 2 years warranty but unfortunately our furniture continue having problems after the warranty period which we had to pay by our selves. Customer Service is terrible so I suggest to bring the street fighter of your family (which is my wife in our case) if you are planning to ask for repairs during the warranty period. Purchased furniture online with a note that a representative would call within 24 hours to schedule delivery. No one called. After a couple of days I called customer service and was told it would have to be picked up from the distribution center. At no point did the representative say that items are only held at the distribution center for 10 days. No where in the confirmation email did it state that. Super disappointing experience, I hate it when staff and store manager hide behind STORE POLICY, then let your store policy buy your furniture. Lots me for life
This was the worst experience ever. We purchased 2 bedroom sets from them they said when we purchased it it would be guaranteed for the date we asked for it was not they called us to tell us that they could not make the delivery on that day. Horrible service, stay away . Sofa broke down within a month then I had to deliver it for repair myself and they asked for delivery charges again so eventually their useful furniture costed me double the price and hassle, stay away at all costs

Never buy anything from here online! Bought a bed that did not come with the proper hardware, instructions, or LEGS!!! I was told that I would have to pay $35 just for the legs. Customer service at the pickup center is terrible! First and last time buying anything from Bel Furniture.
