DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!! I purchased a living room set from here back in July and when the set was delivered, one couch was clearly NOT brand new. We asked the delivery men about it twice and they assured us "sometimes they assemble the furniture at the warehouse". We called and spoke with the manager and he also assured us the furniture was brand new, even though it clearly had scrapes on the cup holder and was used. Poor quality products, bad customer service. Bought king bed set after all my furniture got damaged from Harvey, the bed broken after that less than a year, it takes forever to get fixed. Actually I haven't got my broken parts to be fixed yet even dropped them off for more than 5 weeks and still waiting for another 3 weeks as they said. Dont buy the furniture there. A big lesson to learn.

There is a representative "Aida"..sounds so rude. She starts every sentence with a NO. She even does not know how to handle the customer. We were still deciding what we should and how should we go and pickup our stuff from their warehouse which is like 25 miles away from the store (when she refused to give any discount ,which she said she will do something regarding that) and she walked away . Ms Nisha I am so sorry you had a negative experience at our store! But we generally already have discounts in place and do not offer more discounts than what is promoted. However we do have promotions on our website AND our FB page, such as free Texan tickets. Sometimes pop ups for 10% off for example. So don’t give up on us yet! Thanks!
This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I can't believe someone invested so much money in this place and hire such unprofessional idiots. Will never recommend this black to anyone.
Shitty customer service... they delivered me broken bed, I had to call and email several times then the agreed to exchange it for me and now they rescheduled my delivery for the third time just because I paid in full.

I wish I could give them a zero. This is my 1st and last time ordering from this company. All of the employees are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. It has taken over 3 weeks for delivery, but they had to reschedule the delivery because there were missing components in the box. I never received a call for the time frame, but when I called the associate was frustrated and said I was rude. They are absolutely disgraceful and shouldn't be in business.
