This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I can't believe someone invested so much money in this place and hire such unprofessional idiots. Will never recommend this black to anyone.
Shitty customer service... they delivered me broken bed, I had to call and email several times then the agreed to exchange it for me and now they rescheduled my delivery for the third time just because I paid in full.

I wish I could give them a zero. This is my 1st and last time ordering from this company. All of the employees are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. It has taken over 3 weeks for delivery, but they had to reschedule the delivery because there were missing components in the box. I never received a call for the time frame, but when I called the associate was frustrated and said I was rude. They are absolutely disgraceful and shouldn't be in business.

This company is horrible! I was disrespected so badly by two of their employees at the Clearlake location. Reyna and Anna were very rude to me on several occasions. Reyna interrupted me very rudely while I was explaining to her about my torn sectional that I have a warranty on. I also had the phone literally hung up in my face by Anna. So I used to think Bel furniture had some of the best quality furniture. Boy was I wrong. I bought a living room set for $2000.00 plus I purchased the 5 years warranty. Well that was a joke. I called 28 days after delivery because the wood was cracking, the material was bearing and fraying, the springs were coming through the seated part of the set. My father purchased a sofa from Bel Furniture about a year ago. First, they sent him a broken used piece of furniture from their showroom, which he had to have exchanged for a new piece.
