Verified Renter I love the apartment! It has plenty of room for me and my roommate. It is a big upgrade from our late one. My only complaint would be the ticketing system. It feels like every week I have to put in a ticket for something broken. Other than that, it is in a great location and has great amenities.

Verified Renter Love the apartment! For being a busy community, it is very quiet; I can hardly hear my neighbors. The area is great, there are several dog parks near by and Publix is right across the street!

Verified Renter Bell Channelside is a great community! Some of my favorite things about living here are: 1. The location, it is conveniently close to Publix and the memorial dog park. 2. The apartment is very quiet since it’s concrete. I never hear my neighbors above me. 3. Parking is plentiful, I never have issues finding a spot on my floor in the garage.

Verified Renter This apartment community is located strategically near one the most exciting places in Tampa Bay. Easy access to major highways and the Tampa downtown make it a great area. I love being close to a grocery store (across the street), pharmacy, coffee shops, and restaurants. I also love how spacious my apartment is.
