Verified Renter The cleanliness of the common areas is subpar. Hallways are dingy and smelly. The parking garage is also dirty. Residents with pets do not seem to care about their community as dog poop is EVERYWHERE.

Verified Renter Good experience overall. Agents are helpful. Residence areas very nice. Just too many dirty people taking out dogs without cleaning after them and no punishment, so they still do it and the residence is a mine war territory (horrible). Verified Renter Aside from the clear roach problem that has yet to be addressed, the property is beautiful, quiet, safe, and fairly premium. If you’d like to save a few bucks per month, the first phase is older and slightly cheaper. Living in the new phase, loving everything except for the major roach issue.

Verified Renter I love Bell Frisco Market Center for its unique location near H-E-B, comfortable apartments with indoor parking, cozy courtyard and pool. When I moved here my apartment was clean enough, rug has no smell and dirt. It was important to me. Also agents in the leasing office are always nice to me and helping a lot. For me it’s nice to live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN A CONSTANT STATE OF DISCOMFORT. After living for almost 9 months here, I must say, my experience with this apartment has been nothing short of a nightmare. The recurring issues with the air conditioning system are beyond frustrating. I've submitted over 6 MAINTENANCE REQUESTS for this problem, and each time they come to "fix" it, the relief is short-lived as it breaks again after a few days. Verified Renter New management seems very promising and very quick to get things done which is what we’ve been needing when it comes to keeping the apartment and grounds clean. It’s starting to feel more at home especially with the holidays coming up. I also love the food trucks that come by once a month, they always bring the best food!
