Verified Renter So far, this place has been absolutely wonderful! Quiet! The pool has been wonderful, and everyone is so friendly. The apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom, and the utilities have not been outrageous, even though the weather has been extremely hot! Also, the location of my work (five minutes away), and to HEB is absolutely perfect!

Verified Renter The Front office is helpful, Which is nice. But the grounds could be cleaner. Also I feel like I’m living in a play ground with the courtyard being extremely loud for hours with kids screaming for hours and kicking a soccer ball so loud that I can’t sleep and people on the phone can hear it all.
