Verified Renter I love Bell Frisco Market Center for its unique location near H-E-B, comfortable apartments with indoor parking, cozy courtyard and pool. When I moved here my apartment was clean enough, rug has no smell and dirt. It was important to me. Also agents in the leasing office are always nice to me and helping a lot. For me it’s nice to live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN A CONSTANT STATE OF DISCOMFORT. After living for almost 9 months here, I must say, my experience with this apartment has been nothing short of a nightmare. The recurring issues with the air conditioning system are beyond frustrating. I've submitted over 6 MAINTENANCE REQUESTS for this problem, and each time they come to "fix" it, the relief is short-lived as it breaks again after a few days. Verified Renter New management seems very promising and very quick to get things done which is what we’ve been needing when it comes to keeping the apartment and grounds clean. It’s starting to feel more at home especially with the holidays coming up. I also love the food trucks that come by once a month, they always bring the best food!

Verified Renter The apartment and my leasing are amazing. However, it is very difficult to get ahold of the leasing office. I kept getting rerouted to the call center even after I was provided the on-site phone number. It caused delays in my move in process and a lot of stress. Thanks to my leasing agent India it was all sorted out, but that communication element was very stressful and aggravating.

Verified Renter The property has gone down since moving here in 2022. The doors are never secure & HEB shopping carts are lying around the property. The courtyard has become a playground which makes it hard to enjoy the outdoor seating & lights. Maintenance can be slow at times addressing service requests. Also the parking garage gate broken for over 2 months. At least 5-10 of the external entrance doors are broken. Hallways are never cleaned Overflowing trash. Verified Renter Love this community. Its really peaceful living in bell frisco community. Its a great experience and love the surroundings as it has HEB and vibrant lake to walk around and meet new people. It would be great if we have WhatsApp groups for community to meet people.
