Verified Renter The apartment and my leasing are amazing. However, it is very difficult to get ahold of the leasing office. I kept getting rerouted to the call center even after I was provided the on-site phone number. It caused delays in my move in process and a lot of stress. Thanks to my leasing agent India it was all sorted out, but that communication element was very stressful and aggravating.

Verified Renter The property has gone down since moving here in 2022. The doors are never secure & HEB shopping carts are lying around the property. The courtyard has become a playground which makes it hard to enjoy the outdoor seating & lights. Maintenance can be slow at times addressing service requests. The fire alarms go off constantly at all times of the day and night. Verified Renter We are unhappy with our experience so far. The property is not secured as advertised with the external doors always propped open. Also the parking garage gate broken for over 2 months. At least 5-10 of the external entrance doors are broken. Hallways are never cleaned Overflowing trash. Trash bins aren’t secured so non residents use them. Fire suppression system was broken for several days with water flowing out of the building. Notified management office and they did nothing. Verified Renter Love this community. Its really peaceful living in bell frisco community. Its a great experience and love the surroundings as it has HEB and vibrant lake to walk around and meet new people. It would be great if we have WhatsApp groups for community to meet people.
