These folks treat you like family, I had the best service from Isaac and Anthony, they fixed my car beautifully, thank you Honda for an awesome Honda family. I found contrary to some comments. Faith is very capable and a good representative! My skid plate was not put on correctly and ended ip being ruined. Took care of it no charge. Great oil change prices can't be beat. Sometimes things aren't what we expect but if a company cares, they work it out in the end.
I took my new car for its first service at Bell Honda. The service advisor was Giovanni Santana. He was wonderful. I will always return to Bell Honda as long as I live in this neighborhood they were great.
I had lost my trust with service advisors after having a really bad experience at Arrowhead Honda, but then Joshua Hansmeier took over my car service at Bell Honda in 2022 and I've had nothing but positive experiences with Joshua's service since.
