If I could give zero stars I would. My car's A/C quit working in August of 2023, the hottest summer in history, with excessive heat warnings of temperatures over 110 degrees. I took it in to Bell Honda on August 7 for my 7:20 am appointment. They said the diagnostics would be a 24 hour turn around. This place is a SCAM. I went in today to get my ac checked because it's blowing out hot air after I already put refrigerant in a few months back and they quoted me $350 plus tax FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST!!! What?!?!? It costs $160 at Right Honda and $170 at Showcase Honda FOR THE EXACT SAME DIAGNOSTIC TEST. This place is an utter scam. DO NOT GO HERE.

Bell Honda is the absolute worst when it comes to helping their customers!! All they care about is selling you their vehicles and once its off their lot they don't give two shiits about you or the vehicle. I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot and fast forward to needing new tires!! Well surprise surprise these vehicles have lock lugs on each tire. My lock was not in my vehicle were it is supposed to be. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The communication is terrible. They don't honor their 1,500 mile warranty. They sold us a car with a botched battery and old, bad alternator. Don't come here.

Zaktek appointments out 3 months because "we only have one machine". They need to get another machine or put on a backshift to get this back to reasonable.

All in all every car salesman is the same they all suck my credit was ran way to many times for a deal that they said was done had to redo my whole deal and now i pay more a month than i wanted to my car also came with slow leaks in both tires i waited the seven days like they requested the car just sat in my drive way while i waited on there call never received one had to reach out to them only to find out my deal had changed it took them over three weeks to figure it out i just don't appreciate how used i felt in order f... read more

I got what I deserved. I read the reviews, thought "how could they be this bad as part of Berkshire Hathaway"? In reality, how can hundreds of reviews be wrong. Trust the reviews. This is a poorly run dealership and luckily as a consumer I have many options. I am going to find a better option, it shouldn't be hard.
