Terrible service advisor that would not listen just wanted the money even when told no!! Do not use Crystal as your service advisor she does what she wants not the customer!! It's disgusting. You are not heard at this dealership!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. We will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone! Go where they care and listen to the paying customer!! There are many other Honda dealers out there!

Make sure to check the online price before you buy at the dealership. They tried to sell us a car for $7,000 more than the price listed online. When we questioned this discrepancy, they stated that "they make their money from people who don't research online."

This is the second horrible experience that I have had at Bell Honda, stay away!! I purchased 2 cars there about 10 years ago and it took me 10 hours to complete the process, they would not let me leave. So shame on me for giving them a second chance. I leased a vehicle on Dec 29th and was told that if I left a good review on Honda's survey I would get all weather floor mats for free. I wish I could give this zero stars. I was recently in with my boyfriend as we were looking to purchase a new truck. The sales person was nice and cordial, and easy to talk to. Once we started running numbers we had multiple gentleman coming at us. When we told them that it wasn't gonna work, and we decided to leave, two of those gentlemen came chasing after us in the parking lot. They stood at our car door as we were ready to leave. Put a refundable deposit on a vehicle in early December 2023 and ended up deciding not to get the vehicle. It's now been well over 10 business days and still have not received the refund and it has been difficult to get in touch with anyone about this. I've texted, called, and emailed and still can't get an answer about the refund.

Bell Honda repaired my VW car after an accident. They held the car for 2+ months with no good explanation on what was causing the delay other than parts delays to get the vehicle rekeyed. After calling the VW dealership that they were subcontracting the key cutting to directly, I found out that Bell Honda was trying to cut the key themselves, messed up the rekeying, and was refusing to pay to have VW rekey the car which is why the repair was delayed for so long. I would rather give a proctology exam to a rabid skunk in a closet than deal with Bell Honda again. If you have money to give to liars and scam artists buy at Bell Honda. They lied to me about a rebate. They lied about the MSRP. They lied about the poorly installed (non negotiable) clear bra. And all this even though I was using the Costco buyer assistance program. I took my SUV to a normal maintenance service, since the beginning the advisor told me that one of my tires needed replacement I said no don't do nothing about my tires, they just did the oil change, brakes fluid because there's nothing wrong with my car and they charged me a lot of money in tires inspection, battery inspection when my battery is new, inspections, inspections, etc. They are just thieves saying to you your car needs things that are not true to take advantage of people.
