Good selection a prices..... it took a while for a consultant to visit with us..... they were busy.....
Salesmen in mattresses was professional and explained everything really well BUT he put down the delivery date a week later than agreed. Fortunately, they were able to deliver one day later than the actual original date, a good thing as we were out of town after that. The actual delivery was handled impressively with regular updates and freindly, efficient deliverymen.
I really didn't use Bernie and phyls.com Most of our experience was in the store.
I ordered a mattress earlier in the day on Wednesday, I forgot my card when I was about to purchase. I decided to run back home to grab it, the salesmen told me to be back within the hour because I needed it delivered the next day (Thursday) and the delivery schedule for Thursday closes for the day soon. I was back within 20 mins, purchased the mattress for delivery the following day (Thursday) Because me and my boyfriends work schedules are so hectic tomorrow was the only day he would be home to receive the delivery. Nobody seemed to want to help. I had to approach a couple of sales people to ask for it. Check out lady was nice and efficient
