Pleasant greetings from a host. His name is Bear, wonderful personality and made the ambience for my Great lunch experience today. I will be back because of Bear and his Wonderful personality trait and the welcome for me. We need (Bears ) every where like him. He made my Day. Thank you so much Mr. Bear and my server was also wonderful. Always smiling and very attentive Tiffany. Great job I will be back because of my experience with Staff.

Finally somebody who understands! We went into the Big Boy for their breakfast buffet. They had a wide array of the morning usuals. But as a new vegetarian forbidden to eat white flour products, I was kind of expecting scant pickings. BUT they had a wonderful shrimp brown rice offering full of vegetables. I loaded up. Went to big boy and our waitress Amanda was the best. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant person. Made our eating experience a pleasure.

Last night my sister, daughter and I went into big boys, and they were busy. They seemed very short staffed but everyone was running around. My server Kylie was busy and that's an understatement. She was kind, held good conversation, and always had a smile. The reason I really wanted to make this review was because she had a party and one of the men where running her around, and when he didn't see her he would stop any other worker he saw. Im originally from Michigan but moved out of state years ago, we stopped here for obvious nostalgia reasons. It was great. The waitress was very nice, it wasn't super busy but still quite a few tables were taken. Our orders were taken within 5 minutes of sitting at the table and we waited maybe 10- 15 minutes and the food was on the table. Very good service, and portions were larger than I expected. I'd definitely recommend this Big Boy.

This location is one of the better big boys as far as service and food go. I also feel like this location is pretty clean and always looks kept up. I've been here a few times for carryouts since covid and haven't had a problem. My pasta was cooked perfect. I hate getting over cooked pasta but I haven't had that problem here. My order was correct both times and was ready when they said it would be. The Grecian roll that comes with the pasta dish is amazing!! It's one of the reasons I get pasta when I come here. Went to this place with my family of 4 and was greeted by a nice waiter. My family and I ordered "The Big Boy" with a side onion instead of fries and the onion rings were okay but the burger tasted like rubber. Lastly we ordered the hot fudge cake for my sons birthday and it smacked. The food was average but not bad would go again. The waiter Yousif was very pleasant and chatty. Had good conversations with him definitely made my experience better.

I like to say our server was great she tried her best to make us happy. She found me a mask. I feel sorry for her to have to serve this mess. The food was horrible and cold bacon-mac & cheese Cold, Pepsi nasty, The deserts made up for the meal. I don't know who's cooking but it's not Good. The only reason they got three stars was the waitress. I will say only get the brownie sundae. THEY NEED HELP IN THE KITCHEN!!!! Thanks Tiffany Great Service.
