Big boy is a restaurant that i love to go to when I want a good atmosphere and some good food. I know they are known for hamburgers but for me i like their knife and fork chicken. They have a average price but for a sit down restaurant but sometimes worth it.

Big boy is always a great place to go for a quick bite. I ordered the eggs Benedict and my boyfriend had a pick five: biscuits and gravy, white toast, eggs, & sausage x2. The eggs Benedict came with fruit and it was great because it was a nice blend of strawberries, grapes and cantaloupe. The eggs Benedict could have used more ham, they give you one slice and it was pretty tough. The sausage gravy is canned but they try and throw sausage in it to make it seem made fresh. I've been a "regular" at this Big Boy for many years and think it's great! The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. I recently had the salad bar and would just like to make a suggestion about some items I would LOVE to see added to it. Grilled chicken, dried cranberries, crumbled blue cheese, bacon and strawberries. I would order the salad bar a lot more often if these were added. Thanks and keep up the good work!

On our way to register for our baby shower we got hungry and swung in. The decor gave you that old time big boy feel. We partook in the breakfast buffet for the first time in years and were very satisfied. I loved the smaller portions of waffles and pancakes that allowed me to try several combinations without getting too stuffed. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit selections. Living in TN one of the places that I miss is Big Boy. There is nothing that compares down here so this was the perfect place to have lunch during our recent trip. The service is always great at this location and the food is delicious. Our visit was great and our waiter was spot on during our recent visit. The salad bar is always fresh and well stocked. My favorite soups are their Cabbage Soup and Broccoli and Cheese Soup! I will be back during our next trip.

This is your typical big boy. When you go in you know what the food choices are and what they will taste like. Service is friendly but slow. Prices are normal if you get dessert can spend up to 17 dollars per person. Not horrible but I think there are better choices up and down john r for your money.

This big boy has always been good the few times I've been here. The salad bar has always been fresh, and I notice they are always busy. They are still staying on top of things here, not like some that dropped the ball and long gone.

Ask for Ruth!!!! Two friends and I came in today, 4/1/2016 (I'm still here) and got awesome service from Ruth :) she broke down what each egg temp meant to make sure I was getting what I wanted and had a smile the whole time. She checked in a few times to make sure everything was great and held good conversation( not forced) with the tables around us too. I ended up with a $18 bill and felt she deserved the $20 tip we left. Go Ruth!!

Big Boys food is really the same across the board. It is all good food all the time. The only problem with this Big Boy is the long wait. Everyone at my table ordered breakfast and for eggs, it took such a long time to get to our table. Of course when we got our food we were happy. It did taste great. I hope this Big Boy picks up their speed and next time, in the far future, they won't be as slow.
