Went to this place with my family of 4 and was greeted by a nice waiter. My family and I ordered "The Big Boy" with a side onion instead of fries and the onion rings were okay but the burger tasted like rubber. Lastly we ordered the hot fudge cake for my sons birthday and it smacked. The food was average but not bad would go again. The waiter Yousif was very pleasant and chatty. Had good conversations with him definitely made my experience better.
I like to say our server was great she tried her best to make us happy. She found me a mask. I feel sorry for her to have to serve this mess. The food was horrible and cold bacon-mac & cheese Cold, Pepsi nasty, The deserts made up for the meal. I don't know who's cooking but it's not Good. The only reason they got three stars was the waitress. I will say only get the brownie sundae. THEY NEED HELP IN THE KITCHEN!!!! Thanks Tiffany Great Service.
My mom, grandma, sister and I have been coming here for years. This is my grandma's favorite spot to eat. She's gotten older now and is unfortunately not able to leave her home due to medical conditions. But she always reminds us that before she's gone she wants to come here one last time. This place is so special to my family and i. The staff is incredible. I feel at home here. I love this place. And i love their food.
First time in Big Boy. When I arrived i was immediately greeted by very friendly and smiling staff. Restaurant was clean but not particularly pretty or cool inside. Menu mostly consisted of burgers and various breakfast options (both savory and sweet). Most burgers (which come with fries) were priced at around 10$ but I settled for the "Classic Big Boy" for 7. Great food waitresses could be a little more pleasant and friendly. Other than that i enjoyed it highly.
Slim Jim sandwich is always good the four cheese pasta is a one cheese sauce and the pictures on the menu are deceiving
A lot of bad reviews on this location so that only means one thing just like bad movie reviews by old farts, this place was great! Great food, great service, clean tables, even employees that weren't busy were staying busy by keeping the tables separators clean and making sure the customers were happy.
There aren't a lot of Big Boys around anymore and this one is the best in my opinion. The food is always good and the waitresses are really nice. I hope they stay around for a long time :0)
I love everything about this big boy. usually go every Sunday that i can. I've never had a bad experience. One of the best Big Boy restaurants in Michigan!
