We've been wanting to do this for quite a while, and we finally had the chance this last week! Vincent came out the following day, did some measuring and got the ball rolling. Yesterday, Michael and his crew came out and made the backyard look gorgeous! It turned out absolutely amazing!! My slightly odd set up only took a few hours, but the care and diligence of every single little detail was there. You can tell the dogs absolutely love it and we are SO thrilled to have "nice and cool" grass to enjoy!!

My lawn is gorgeous! I am going to post photos soon. My representative was JOSH and he was fantastic all the way through. The turf far exceeds anything I saw from any other location. I tried 3 other places and their best turf wasn't as plush, multi-colored/height, and as real looking. Their installation took 2 days and they were super professional, on-time, let me ask questions, and even redid a part when a water line (not their fault) in my sprinkler system came undone. Big Bully Turf is amazing! I had a vision of how I wanted my backyard to look, and they executed it to perfection. I was amazed at how fast they worked and how efficient the team was. I also found the pricing exceptional and took advantage of the promotion that was currently in place. I will recommend this company to my friends and will use them again for future projects!

Original sales consult was great, and the install was done very quickly. Grass looks great, and family loves it. We were told to cover 3 windows to prevent sun damnage, which was completed within 2 business days of initial install. Unfortunately within a few months the tuft got burn marks. We reached out to warranty and a couple months later we have had the turf replaced. Took a bit of back and forth, and we were not thrilled at the beginning of this report. I'm getting an estimate this week to replace the artificial turf we installed last year in our backyard ... it's unbeara-bly hot from early summer until autumn, even my dogs avoid using it to go potty, which creates another messy problem that has to be addressed daily. I contracted with Big Bully Turf, to install new turf in my courtyard. It looks fabulous! I chose this company because it is women owned and was also getting good reviews. I did not get any other estimates, not after seeing the turf sample and how luxurious it was. My little fur babies love it and their little feet sink into the product almost like it was real grass (even though they have very little contact with the real thing).
