Brian came out to my home yesterday to help me evaluate my backyard for a Water Smart Landscapes conversion with the SNWA. He was extremely helpful, explained their artificial turf product completely (they are the only landscape business in town that produces their own artificial turf) and it's top quality. Feels and looks like real grass. It was quick, painless and within 24 hours, I was approved. Can't wait for my new backyard!

Overall, this is a good company with good quality turf. They were very professional with installing and did it within one day. We did have to wait about 6 weeks though before installation was available. The turf does look very good and is of good quality, but it is very expensive, a lot more than what I thought I'd be paying. So far, I also don't see too much of a difference between this turf and my old turf when it comes to the heat aspect. While the end result itself deserves 5+ stars, I wanted to be sure the company itself was given consideration for the total score. When Bradley first came to survey my property, it couldn't have been a better experience compared to other companies that have come to visit. With the proposed timeline (once approved by HOA) and the warranty included, it seemed like a no-brainer. After a small hiccup on scheduling initial appointment, we were delighted with the entire process of pricing, scheduling and installation of our turf. And the turf is of the highest quality. Installers were beyond considerate to existing property. Very happy indeed.

I recently had my back yard done by Big Bully Turf, and the whole experience was great! Yanni came to do the estimate, he was punctual, efficient, and very easy to work with. When I did decide to move forward with the project, Yanni was flexible with my schedule and extremely helpful. The team that came to do the work were also great! They arrived on time, the turf looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I definitely recommend Big Bully Turf! The dogs approve too! Thank you Yanni and team!

My wife and I have seen the TV commercials for Big Bully Turf. Then we went to a home improvement show, and they had a booth setup there, so we made an appointment for someone to come out for a free quote. Bryan came out the following day. He was on time for the scheduled appt. He is very professional and explained in detail about the pricing and warranty and brought two sample pieces of turf. Our project turned out beautifully. Better than expected. Mike was an amazing sales person and the team that installed our pavers and turf were amazing . Be realistic though.. turf is not grass. Ours is beautiful, however , it is still warm to walk on in 100 degrees weather

Doug came out and gave us a price quote, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made us feel comfortable with our decision to have turf installed without making us feel pressured. Highly recommend Big Bully Turf and their team of professionals!
