I am so happy that I went with Big Bully Turf. The quality of the material and the preparation and care they took in the install was phenomenal. They don't just slap down some turf. It's a very complete preparation under the turf to ensure years of worry free beauty. The crew who came to do the install were awesome , very professional and very careful with some electrical lines that I had. I didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants gorgeous results.

I recently replaced my 13 year old turf after seeing Big Bully Turf at Fido Fest. The entire experience was extremely satisfying. The sales rep Steve arrived promptly for our appointment at which time we discussed my options. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed the job on time while respecting the fact that my dogs were anxiously awaiting to go out and explore their new yard. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I requested a quote and they were able to come out the next day. Quentin was great at explaining the differencea between their product and others. I love that it stays cooler in the heat so it's safer for the kids and dog to play year round and the drainage is much better. I was also impressed with the quality and how thick and soft it is. I sampled other turf and the quality is definitely visibly better along with the other difference.

Ours was a fairly complex job on a medium-sized back yard. It involved removal of some old turf, removal of rock, and dealing with numerous tree circles, planters etc. Bully Turf showed up exactly on time with a legion of workers and finished the job in 3-days. Both workers and materiel appeared as if they were spit out of a well-oiled machine. Yes, there were some issues involving communication and some specific issues, but all received prompt attention from the job coordinator and were resolved. The turf is beautiful ... read more

I had a great experience with Big Bully Turf. Everything went great from my initial consult with Quentin through the end of the project. The crew that did the work was exceptional. They were very respectful and made sure to keep my yard clean, which I really appreciated.

Update: after posting on yelp i heard from the company and they processed our refund and explained their customer service folks I was taking to were AI. I'm not sure what process is in place to escalate issues reported to customer service to resolution, but yelp reviews seem to get attention. I'm glad we received our deposit back. Their product looked great and I look forward to seeing how they support customers going forward. We eventually want to get turf and would reconsider them if their customer service is tightened up.... read more

I highly recommend Big Bully Turf! It was great working with Anthony Saadatirad in getting our front lawn replaced with artificial turf. He was personable, friendly and always responded immediately upon text or call. We are very happy with the quality of the job, workmanship and the turf itself is fantastic! It's durable, looks like natural grass and overall excellent value for your money. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again if we need more grass around the house replaced. Thank you Anthony and Big Bully Turf, it ... read more
