Ours was a fairly complex job on a medium-sized back yard. It involved removal of some old turf, removal of rock, and dealing with numerous tree circles, planters etc. Bully Turf showed up exactly on time with a legion of workers and finished the job in 3-days. Both workers and materiel appeared as if they were spit out of a well-oiled machine. I had a great experience with Big Bully Turf. Everything went great from my initial consult with Quentin through the end of the project. The crew that did the work was exceptional. They were very respectful and made sure to keep my yard clean, which I really appreciated.

Update: after posting on yelp i heard from the company and they processed our refund and explained their customer service folks I was taking to were AI. I'm not sure what process is in place to escalate issues reported to customer service to resolution, but yelp reviews seem to get attention. I'm glad we received our deposit back. Their product looked great and I look forward to seeing how they support customers going forward. We eventually want to get turf and would reconsider them if their customer service is tightened up.... read more

we are very happy with the product and the crew who did the tear out and installation of the turf. Anthony Saadatirad communicated very well and kept us informed every step of the way. Work was completed on time and the crew was professional and did a great job cleaning up our property at completion of job. Highly recommend Big Bully Turf.

I highly recommend Big Bully Turf! It was great working with Anthony Saadatirad in getting our front lawn replaced with artificial turf. He was personable, friendly and always responded immediately upon text or call. We are very happy with the quality of the job, workmanship and the turf itself is fantastic! This is an update to a previous review I left. After my problems reached the right people, Bryan and David got my turf fixed and looking good within the next day. I truly believe the communication is the weak link, but the product and crew that do the work are very good.

Excellent workmanship. I'm very happy with the finished product. No more gophers. They had destroyed my grass lawn. The wire mesh installed beneath the turf will make sure they don't bore anymore holes in my yard.

I am very happy with the final product. However they need to work on communicating with the customer. Example email, text or call customer to confirm a day prior installation and be on time. The other thing is you pay for the material and you should be asked if you want the left over. They took a 8x16 piece of turf that I could have used elsewhere. If i wasn't for these to issues I would have given 5 stars.
