Updating our review of Big Bully Turf based on our experience with Bryan, the VP. We were escalated to Bryan by customer service to have our issues addressed. After going back and forth with Bryan about what was a fair reimbursement for our water bill, I was able to explain the issues we have had with their customer service. Steven came to our property today to discuss turf landscape ideas. We haven't booked services but if we do move forward with the project this will be the company we do so! He was great at explaining all the options and materials. The quote was fair and a discount was applied. We didn't commit to anything on the spot and I appreciate that Steven wasn't a pushy salesman. He gave me a lot to think about from an honest perspective which I can appreciate.

The front yard project was scheduled for two days, Thursday and Friday. On the second day, due to a miscalculation on the turf, work was halted. It was 3/4 completed. We were disappointed that they couldn't continue the project until next Wednesday. Reason for a 4-star review. All in all, Hector and his crew did a great job. We had Quentin come to provide the inital quote. He is knowledgeable about the product and was able to explain the quality of the product and the work they provide. I had other quotes, but we decided the quality, warranty and other details of bully turf was a better fit for us. Looking forward to starting our project.

Swindle company. Install your turf, tell you only one window is a threat to burn your new turf and to get it tinted. When other windows not identified by their team start to burn your turf they tell you we don't cover burns, and the repair will be $1,000. They do the walkthrough and purposely don't identify turf burn threats so they get more money out of you in repairs. Please find a better turf company for your home if you plan to get have it installed.

Horrible company. Bait and switch scam. Do not trust these people. They are truly BIG BULLIES! Do not believe it when they show you a "sample" and won't leave it with you. If you choose it... that is not the product you will get. Poor quality turf with half the weight removed in the 'new and improved' version. The turf is good quality. Unfortunately the crew damaged a portion of my neighbors lawn in the process. I was told they were going to replaced and fix the damage they made. Once I paid for my turf, I heard nothing. Only when I reached out did I communicate with the company at all. When I did speak, they would push blame and were vague on how or when the damage would be fixed. Terrible customer service.

We've used Big Bully for a previous project a few years ago at our home, and despite issues we experienced in the past, we decided to give the company another chance because we really like the product and had hoped things had improved.
