We had Quentin come to provide the inital quote. He is knowledgeable about the product and was able to explain the quality of the product and the work they provide. I had other quotes, but we decided the quality, warranty and other details of bully turf was a better fit for us. Looking forward to starting our project.

Best Turf EVER! Dog people-friendly super soft. Durable nicest Turf my dogs have ever peed on. They absolutely love it. Four Huskies can do a lot to grass or turf. Just her stands the test of time my dogs live on this stuff

Absolutely amazing company from start to finish. Communication and scheduling were perfect. Install crew was unbelievable! Fast, meticulous, and very clean. Only took a day and a half to finish our front and back. It is stunning and looks like real grass. We love it!! Super impressed overall

Terrible business, I got a prize from one company for $5000. And another prize for $2800. They gave me a prize for $30000.
UPDATE: After the install I went back over my video footage and realized that BBT caused the pipe break in my irrigation system. When I brought that to their attention, and asked them to reimburse me for the cost of the repair and the $350 fee they charged to come out and lift the turf for 2 mins, the response I got was "well our Site Manager says we didn't do it". I have it on video!!! I spent almost 1k more on BBT because I wanted a reputable experience. Their turf is nice but the accountability is severely lacking. ... read more

We chose Big Bully despite being significantly more expensive than others because they stated their product and service was better. Neither is true. We installed turf at the end of January 2026. We were told they would prepare the ground with supposedly several different materials and spray for weeds, however, we had weeds growing immediately and throughout the entire area. I had a horrible experience And never even got a quote. I had an appointment at 10 AM, But at 9:45 AM I received a text from Lucas saying that He was running a " Little behind" And he would call me as soon as his current appointment was finished.
