Absolutely amazing company from start to finish. Communication and scheduling were perfect. Install crew was unbelievable! Fast, meticulous, and very clean. Only took a day and a half to finish our front and back. It is stunning and looks like real grass. We love it!! Super impressed overall

Great lawn that looks great. The puppies are always rolling around and rough housing on it. So far it's holding up with a 15 month Doberman. If you're on the fence about getting artificial turf vs price point, you will not regret this turf.

It's amazing how far artificial turf has come over the last decade, and Big Bully's is the best in the business. My kids can't tell the difference unless they put their face in the grass, yet it looks like the most perfectly manicured lawn you've ever seen. Cleaning up my dog's poop is also easier, and the pet deodorizer is great to keep the backyard smelling clean. Anthony is a great salesman but the business needs to up their game a little. Was suppose to have a inspection after the property was completed 2 days later but no one showed up and no call to cancel or reschedule. Materials were dropped off way too early in the morning. Some of my plants were covered and sealed which is minor. The job was done quickly and looks good. Overall I am pleased with the results not the communication.

I got some turf done and it came out great! Its exactly what i was looking for. Quentin was polite and undertood my needs. The installation time was quick and installers made sure it was what i wanted. I hight recommend using them. They are priced fairly and do a wonderful job.

I had been debating on getting turf for a while and was recommended Big Bully Turf by some mutual friends. The company just happened to provide the best quote as well. Quentin came out and was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the process easy and stress-free. The installation team killed it too! Overall, a good experience, great quality, and highly recommend if you're on the fence with getting turf.

Please note that I am not typically a person that would go out of their way to write a bad review but if you see this please go with another contractor! I work in the construction industry and had to redirect the guys performing the work multiple times on grading / finishes. The Communication was terrible the whole time (between Project manager and installation team) and even though i accepted the final product i am still having issues that have not been addressed.
