This company has quality products and people! Darin and our PM Alex communicated with us on a regular basis and never hesitated to get back to me! Even the working crew was top notch and listened to my every need! So happy with our yard and investment! You guys Rock!!!!

Although I was originally upset with this company and left an unfavorable review they redimed themselves when the job was done. The instilation crew who showed up the next day did an extraordinary job. Very need clean and professional. I am also impressed with management team who reached out to make sure I was satisfied. In the end I would recommend this company. The final product looks fantastic.

We LOVE our turf!! Our experience started off rocky with a couple estimate appointments that no-one showed up to but by the 4th appointment Anthony showed up and was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and remained in communication with us through the entire process. Diego and his team did an amazing job on the install even with a few set backs they finished a 5 day install in 4 days! We would definitely recommend Big Bully Turf!

I want to commend Big Bully Turf. We were told that the company is founded on the idea of providing service that is above and beyond what large companies typically offer. We found this to be the case when we needed to change our plans and postpone, possibly cancel, our yard renovation. Consistent with what we had been told, Big Bull Turf made an exception and accommodated our needs, refunding our deposit. We appreciate their integrity and willingness to provide great service.

Updating our review of Big Bully Turf based on our experience with Bryan, the VP. We were escalated to Bryan by customer service to have our issues addressed. After going back and forth with Bryan about what was a fair reimbursement for our water bill, I was able to explain the issues we have had with their customer service. Steven came to our property today to discuss turf landscape ideas. We haven't booked services but if we do move forward with the project this will be the company we do so! He was great at explaining all the options and materials. The quote was fair and a discount was applied. We didn't commit to anything on the spot and I appreciate that Steven wasn't a pushy salesman. He gave me a lot to think about from an honest perspective which I can appreciate.

The front yard project was scheduled for two days, Thursday and Friday. On the second day, due to a miscalculation on the turf, work was halted. It was 3/4 completed. We were disappointed that they couldn't continue the project until next Wednesday. Reason for a 4-star review. All in all, Hector and his crew did a great job.
