We love coming to big city. Service is always great and food is always hot. Jay was our waitress today, she was very nice and attentive. Thank you!!

Stopped by Big City Wings on a random weekday because I was craving wings and they happened to have a Long Island special, so I figured why not? The wings were actually pretty solid, good size, tasty, and they even reheat well, which is a nice bonus. I tried the ranch, honey chipotle, and mango habanero flavors. I'm here at the location on 1-10/Silber in Houston, TX watching a football game. Sierra is the waitress. I arrived shortly after the game and I NEVER saw her until it was less than 2 minutes in the 3rd quarter. She informed me she was waiting 2 tables and the bar per her convo with the manager. Thank God I have friends that shared their food and beverages with me. We'll have a meeting to discuss returning.

Love the onion rings and fried Mac! Mercedes at the bar will always keep you right! Only thing is I wish they would turn ac up a bit it be to warm sometimes other then that we love coming up here having some food and drinks every Friday.... The servers are always on point as well never had any issues at the 1960&jones location!

I had a great experience at Big City Wings! The food was delicious the wings were perfectly cooked, crispy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, making it a great spot to unwind. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Our server, Mersadies, was absolutely fantastic! Mercedes was so amazing!!! Very polite respectful and respectful to my 10 yr and 6yr grandchildren. Wow you don't get service like this anymore. Food was really good and came out in a timely manner. I hope this review helps others looking for great service by Mercedes and great food. Will definitely come back.

Okay, so let me lead with ... I was craving chicken wings and my best friend said her husband liked this place .. I said let's go.! I'm from Los Angeles, so I like trying food places when I visit my bestfriend. I tried the boneless wings- I believe the flavors were : mango habanero, spicy lemon pepper, and medium. I don't recommend this place.. 1st time here & the only thing that was good was the potato skin appetizer. The wings were gross and did not meet my expectations when it came to flavor. I ordered buffalo & it literally just tasted like a sour orange sauce idk. And then I ask for the check & the server added a tip herself instead of letting me choose, and then decided to let me swipe my card.
