came for lunch and ate a wing basket food was delicious and the service with Mercedes was outstanding

I love wings and really never had an unpleasant experience where I couldn't eat them until I ordered from big city wings in Copperfield. I ordered their garlic parmesan wings and could not even finish one of them. Tasted like cooking oil, mustard with a little garlic. absolutely horrible. They looked very good it's just their sauce was sooooo bad. Also, ordered some original mild but never tasted them because they looked like never got sauced. I was so upset I threw everything out.
Was not impressed with tonight's takeout order, won't be back. Highly disappointed in the boneless wings, the sauces on the side were cold, was not asked if we wanted ranch... potato wedge portion size was small. Spent $40 dollars on food that just didn't suffice or appease our craving for wings.
For the last few days I've came in I've received Lexi as a server . And I'd have to say she is a bright rising star in the company she made sure my food was on point made sure I could want for nothing truly love her kitchen staff did their thing in the back food was more then delicious I would definitely go back for more and would definitely request mis Lexi
Christine(mgr) was my server and it was great experience!! Love all the flavor choices!! The building sure could use some updating
What a great lunch we had. Y'all,, if you want an amazing experience,, ask for Cassie's section. She is amazing and absolutely made our day. We have not been to big city wings in sometime,, but we will not make that mistake in the future. Big city wings is the place to be in Jersey Village / Cypress area. Don't make the mistake of going to BWW. Turn left and go to Big City and ask to sit in Cassie's section. Well when your best friend is a ranch lover she has to take you to her favorite spot with the "best ranch". I do not live in Texas so I have never heard of this spot but there are many around and it looks like any standard sports bar. We came in during lunch and they had a lot of lunch specials which was awesome - I love a lunch special.
