Me and my husband came here on a weekday like last week early afternoon and everything was amazing! We got mozzarella sticks, boneless and bone in wings with the waffle fries and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It was a shift change time so we had a few different waitresses helping us but they made sure we had everything we needed we were never waiting around for extra sauce or refills. Would 100% come back, they even have different deals every weekday. Great neighborhood wing/drink spot.
Mercedes is amazing! My team and I are regular lunch clients and the service here is great along with the food. Thank you guys for always taking good care of us!
My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and said let's try Big City wings. I'm glad we did. The waitress was fantastic! Food was hot and fresh! If you're a sport junky then this is the place to go. TVs everywhere you look! We will be back!
Waiter was horrible they took more then an hour to bring out our appetizers and the store only had like 5-6 tables in use they take so long, waiter was rude didn't say hi or his name just gave out our drinks and never came back not even to ask for refills please don't come here
This is the second time I've visited and had the pleasure of Mimi serving us. She is easily the best we've had. She is very attentive and took care of us every step of the way. She is very much the reason for us visiting again.. You'll want for nothing when she's taking care of you and your party. The best wings we've had in Houston! Always juicy and flavorful. Mercedes is a great server! The atmosphere is great, laid back and great music!
Let's start off by saying I love Big City Wings, I've been to several and as a previous employee I was unimpressed with the portion size of the "Large" fries I ordered for my family. As for the wings, I ordered Gold Rush, hot garlic, hot , and honey citrus all were great, especially my favorite ,hot garlic. Can't say I'll be coming back to this location but they definitely still have the taste.
We came on a saturday night for dinner. It was a adequate experience. Parking Plenty of parking however could use more lights surrounding parking space...so be careful folks. Service 10/10 but this review should be geared towards food, if it was fully based on the service than 5/5 stars however it isn't. Service was quick and attentive.
