I ordered chicken and waffle sandwich. The waffles were delicious the chicken wasn't. I suggest chicken tenders instead flattening the chicken to a thin cutlet which was over cooked. The waffles fries were hot and seasoned perfectly. The chili burger was over cooked, and hardley any chili. I mean it should be messes when you pick it up, dripping with chili and cheese. Service was so extremely slow today! First time and not impressed. Every employee was just slowly walking around. Zero energy! Food was decent. Wings good. Chicken and waffles were cold. Burger was good. 2 hours to get that served.
First things first manager Christine Hunn is amazing at customer satisfaction. The wait staff Fatima, Chas and Mercedes are very friendly and attentive. The Mushroom Swiss Burger on Texas Toast taste great. Highly recommend. Thank you Big City Wings Steeplechase

The restaurant was a little busy, but the food was great. Our waiter stayed on top of our needs and was a delight to talk to.

This was my first time trying Big City Wings. The experience was was far less than okay. I ordered the Thursday special, but one get one boneless wings and french fries. The front lady person that took my order informed me that they served waffle fries. I said it was fine. It took about 30 minutes for my order despite the fact that there were only about 6 other patrons in the restaurant. Our server Kelly, was as sweet as she could be. She had a big smile on her face. Felt like we just made a new friend and will definitely be back. Thanks, Kelly! Our wings were hot and very good and the whole restaurant was very clean
After waiting a looooong time to order from here, we've tried an online order. And everything was correct and tastes good! Good you big city for the improvements and getting back to your former glory.
