This was my first time investing in precious metals and the customer service department at Birch Gold Group did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering my questions. Everything went well, and I would like to extract the comments about excessive commissions totally. The service department kept in contact with me throughout the process and followed up with courtesy call afterwards, to be sure I had received everything correctly
