He was very helpful in describing the various selections of metals available and assisting us in selecting those we wished to purchase. Birch Gold Group took the time to get me access to their literature, educate me, talk me through the purchase process, understand my needs,get an account set up, get the transaction made, tell me the possible lead time ( up to 10 weeks, worst case, but only 10 days for me), get it securely delivered, then check back that I had indeed received the product. All of the *** were polite and patient and extremely helpful. Will use them again.
