Very helpful and always try to stay in contact with you. In terms of purchasing physical metals, you can probably find somehwat better pricing from direct resellers but the personalized service at BGG is first rate.

I have heard of Birch Gold Group for many years but finally took the time to study them. I kept hearing Ben Shapiro promote them and I finally contacted them. I have had a very good experience with Birch. A human being picks up your first call (amazing), and they don't give you the runaround; they honor their customers' invaluable time. When I had more questions, they moved my call "up the ladder" to someone more equipped to answer. They've facilitated every step of my process.
