I have had a very good experience with Birch. A human being picks up your first call (amazing), and they don't give you the runaround; they honor their customers' invaluable time. When I had more questions, they moved my call "up the ladder" to someone more equipped to answer. They've facilitated every step of my process. BUYER BEWARE Being new at gold investing, I have invested with Birch twice. The first time I didn't know better so I just transitioned my entire retirement. Now I have learned more and went to add to it as an annual SEP **** After completing the transaction, I realized they sold me a .25 ounce gold coin at over $1288.45 when the cost of gold is $3315 an ounce! And the coin is not even a known coin! This company is a fraud! I will now be researching what they actually sold me when I carried over my retirement account!
