I was with Birch Gold for 4 years. They are legit and professional. Not always easy to get a hold of but they call back eventually. My beef is they are not transparent with their pricing. You want to invest in Gold and Silver, but they put you in esoteric coins and there is no way to track value. I feel they quote whatever they want when you look for a current value and when you sell.
