Birch Gold isn't the place to go for your gold **** They're not up front with you about where you're allocating your funds. Their sales people are sold on commission. They aim to sell you the most expensive product possible (highest premiums possible) to make the most on the sale. They're not up front with you about this. As they "help you shop," they lead you toward the highest premium product possible for your **** This leaves you paying huge amounts up front and having to make massive gains in the metal market in order to... read more

Birch gold is a rip off. I invested $10k in a precious metals *** two or three year ago and I am still in the red on my investment. As of today my investment is only worth $9700 Despite the fact that inflation has be rampant. I have also spent almost $700 in storage fees for my metals, which means I am continuing to loose money on my investment. When I asked Birch Gold why my investment has always been worth less than the money I put in, they gave me some story about how the coins have value as collector's items. Gold and Si... read more

Ripped us off! Deceptive business practices!Lost over $80k per the last statement. Sold my wife retail coins, which apparently are worth less than you pay for them in the conversion. Now they go to the melt price as the value of the account. So immediately we lost $80k. Why did they even sell my wife coins if they dont hold value and are worth less than she paid??? If melt price dictates value why not put peoples hard earned money into that??? Very deceptive and poorly handled. Very unhappy. Dont use Birch Gold Group. Comple... read more

I invested in Gold and Silver with Birch gold Group with a Roll over **** to diversify my retirement. I was lead to Birch Gold Group from ***** ******, I had way too much trust in this group from the Advertising on Bannons show and Did not do my Home work, the Purchase Price for the Gold Coins was 50% above Current market value. The salesman ****** Had told me not to get excited when I saw my statement because the Values Shown were based on Melt Values not my Purchase Price, So my Own stupidity I never did the Math until 2 y... read more

I opened an *** with Birch Gold last year. Gold was starting to move quickly. With a nearly 20% increase in the market I called to see what I was at or what profit level I may have had. The broker I spoke with said, well when we sell it to our wholesaler, you will be about break even. With gold and silver being up since my purchase, I was not excited with those words. It tells me I bought at a premium and will sell on the wholesale market. I guess its my fault for not truly understanding the buy in cost. It is More than 20%.... read more

I'm not sure this will get posted, but I got burned with the Birch Gold Group. I invested my retirment with this company and now wish I hadn't. Not only did I lose losts of money, I was told over the phone they they do not communicate thru emails which made me question why not. Throughout this journey, I never felt satisfied and like the reviews listed below,, "buyer beware".In June of 2023 is when I purchased the precious metals. In August of 2024 gold prices had started to soar. So how could I possibly have settled for a l... read more

If you understand the market well and understand exactly what you need then the purchasing of gold or silver is a smooth process. However, for newbies who are looking to invest your 401K, be very careful. My advice is to do your own research before engaging with Birch Gold and make sure you do not commit to any purchase until you know exactly what you are buying and for how much.I was mis-guided during my purchase and in hindsight I would never have invested into Silver with Birch Gold. What I thought was the actual market pr... read more
