I am deeply happy with BirdEye. The functionality, the training, and the team are all top notch.
Pros: It is truly the exact service that our organization needs. It provides all the insights, th
e response ability, the organization, and the customization that we needed, and our team is thrilled with it. Additionally, all of the BirdEye team with whom I've interacted since the beginning(!!) has been outstanding. I feel equipped to lead my team in implementation with the support of the BirdEye team.
Cons: I wish that there were more user permission levels. We have a number of positions at a store level that don't need need the ability to respond but need access to the platform. I sometimes find the organization isn't intuitive to me, but I do understand the logic behind the structure.

Simple to set up, great customer service thus far!
Pros: We just signed up with Birdeye and so far the installation, training, and customer service has been great! Tucker helped get us on board
and answered all my questions and concerns and Nick got us installed and provided training on the software. Great at getting back to me and answering any questions I had, system is very user friendly!
Cons: Just signed up with Birdeye and so far we haven't run into any issues with this software so far. We are located in Canada so I know that having a local phone number sending the messages is important to some clients or else they don't open.
Overall: Generating more reviews and online awareness

Just getting started with this service but, I'm excited to see how it might help our online presence
Pros: Seems easy to use and most of the concerns I have about the end user's experi
ence seem to be thought out already. My initial impression is that it will help us have better control over how we appear online.
Cons: The price is a bit higher than other service but, does include features that are not offered by others.

My husband and I have been living at Concord Manor for about two years. It is owned by the Wooten Company. The staff are very friendly and the apartments are kept quite clean. We will continue to rent from the Wooten Company. more »

Very beneficial and easy to set up.
Pros: Since implementing BirdEye review system our business (~6 months) has gotten more reviews than the previous 5 years.
Cons: The only downside I can
think of is that some of our clients are older and don't like receiving text messages. We told them they can opt out easily but sometimes its hard to explain technology.
Overall: Great for google reputation.

I dislike not being able to see some reviews for a few days on my dashboard. I’ve had to contact support a few times about this issue.

Birdeye simplifies the process of obtaining 5-star customer reviews.
Pros: It takes all the guess work out of asking customers to give you reviews. And, Birdeye will reach deep into your custome
r database and ask for reviews. It provides of mechanism for getting negative feedback in way that doesn't show up in your reviews, and therefore allowing me to fix problems. Their are also plenty of side benefits, such as a review site they set up for you. Good value for the money.
Cons: Sure, it would nice if this service were offered for free. But that's not the case. I haven't had anything else come up in the time that I've used the service.

Birdeye is like a breath of fresh air.
Pros: With so many in the space of rating and reviews, Birdeye goes above and beyond by being super user-friendly. The dashboard for reviews saves me tons
of time in responding to reviews and it's wonderful to have an "at a glance" look at all of different listings from one view. The benefit of this product far outweighs what little time it takes to easily get ratings and reviews from customers who may not have taken the time to do so on their own. Customer support is top notch!
Cons: No cons-- everything has been positive! If anything... my only regret is not finding Birdeye sooner!

Easy to use and very effective!
Pros: I like giving our customers an easy way to communicate how we are doing. I also like the facebook plug-in, I think it looks very professional. We can share
our great reviews across many platforms.
Cons: Wish we had it 3 years ago! I also do not like the way campaigns are created. contacts are uploaded and then must be individually clicked on. It is a small thing, and it could be better.

I’m really enjoying my mag tv. I have a lot of sports options, the movie options are great, and the live tv is awesome. I’m not a very techy person but it’s easy for me to use. Also, the mag tv tech support through Mike Falls is excellent and is appreciated. If I get stuck he helps me through the process. more »

Cons: Adding single contacts is a bit of a pain and I don't think the software is as user-friendly as it could be. I'm not as comfortable navigating this as I would like to be.

I absolutely love Porterfield. My husband has been using their services and dealing with Troy since he was 16 years old and he's 46 now. We won't go to anyone else. Not only do they have the best prices anywhere but they always do the best job. Some places try to cheat women by overcharging or telling them something needs to be done that is unnecessary. This has never happened at Porterfield. I needed a new tire the other day and I called University Tire by mistake and they said the tire would cost me $169 and they didn't even have it in stock and would have to order it. I told my husband and he told me I had called the wrong place. He called Porterfield and the same tire would cost $69. $100 less. I can't say enough good things about these guys.....especially Troy. Just try to make an appt because they're always pretty busy. You won't be disappointed with these guys. more »
