Great features and service
What do you like best?
Birdeye makes it so easy to manage reviews and our company reputation! Since we started with BirdEye we've receive more reviews in th
e last month and we have in a year with another company ! We definitely recommend Birdeye and will look forward to seeing what other services they develop.
What do you dislike?
Really isn't much to say here they make it so easy . The only thing I really don't like is that I didn't find them sooner .

Don't wait, sign up with BirdEye today . You won't regret it! You need to protect your company's reputation as there are many who will try and drag it now if you let them .

One of the best things about BirdEye is the fact that we can prescreen our reviews before they are posted. This helps to catch any fake reviews or negative reviews before they have a chance to damage our reputation. It's also great to be able to send an SMS text out to our clients to have them leave us a review at their leisure and not have them feel pressured to leave one right there while they're in the office .

Great way to get customer reviews
Pros: This has saved our office a lot of time. No longer are we having to call all of our customers to ask for a review that they almost never ever followed thr
ough on. Birdeye makes asking for a review a quick process and we get more responses.
Cons: Overall it's great. It does what it says but sometimes I have to fumble around the dashboard to find what I am looking for. I think it could be a little bit more user-friendly but it's not a deal breaking problem.

I have had BirdEye for two years, and I would recommend them.
Pros: Ease of use, and takes the job of a staff member who wasn't doing it! It is more difficult than you think to have your em
ployees ask for reviews. This automation helps significantly.
Cons: Well, it has been difficult to integrate with my PM software. But customer support stepped up and made a solution that works for me so I didn't have to find another company.

Top notch, easy to use
Pros: We love the way you can push review links out to patients via sms, it makes asking for a review a seamless part of any visit or appointment to our facility. Highly r
ecommended to any business that wants to increase the amount of reviews on their site.
Cons: It would be nice if there could be a way to add in a customized survey about your service, where specific questions could be answered. It would be another valuable way in which you could test new features or services.

Easy to Use Reptuation Platform and Exceptional Support Team
What do you like best?
Birdeye's platform conveniently aggregates all of our reviews into a single dashboard, making it mu
ch more manageable to respond and follow up with online reviews. There are many features to the platform itself that help drive the reputation experience forward while still allowing us to manage everything internally.
What do you dislike?
The reporting capabilities could use some updating, but overall they have been able to work with their support team to provide us with the reporting we require.

Improve your reporting platform to mirror that of other major email marketing companies (in relation to the review request emails).
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were able to increase our overall review count each month, which has provided us with more insight into our business as a whole and by individual dealer.

Patients are asked to review their visit soon after they've left while things are fresh in their minds. Birdeye makes it as easy as possible for patients to let us know what kind of experience they had.

The software is really user friendly, easy to navigate, and doesn't take up too much time so I can get back to business critical matters. The team has been helpful since day one of speaking to a sales rep all the way to implementation and support. more »

What do you like best?
I like the control I have over messaging/content, and the team has been great at helping me set up automated triggers for reviews even though we
have a custom CRM. Having presence monitoring along with review tracking is a great bonus as well. It has been a great way to get both positive reviews and ways to improve the process
What do you dislike?
It would be nice if there was a robust FAQ section when I had questions on a particular topic. The onboarding could have been slightly smoother, but it was pretty good overall...and we have a more complex setup than probably most companies.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We increased our reviews by over 200% and we have gained valuable insight into process issues based on customer feedback. We have probably saved over a dozen customers who might have left if we hadn't quickly addressed their need.

A wonderful tool to gauge customer satisfaction
What do you like best?
Account managers are very responsive and their engineers are continuously updating and improving the functionalities
offered.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally some features wouldn't function as intended, but these glitches/bugs are addressed quickly when discovered.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are now able to gauge customer satisfaction in (almost) real time. The reviews we get--good and bad--are great in helping us improve our QA procedures.

We have seen an increase in our business due to Birdeye reviews. On most calls we receive , customers say they called us because of our reviews. The software is easy for the office and the plumbers to use. It's also easy for our customer's to use. And the support staff is great. Very responsive and helpful if we ever have questions.
