One month in and already seeing results
What do you like best?
The review requests are easy to manage. The guided review locations based on positive or negative experiences from the custom
er have allowed us to change the negative experience into a positive one without the damage of an already posted review. The support and sales staff are incredible. They move quickly and don't waste time. The implementation was almost completely done by the time we signed in for the first time and we were live on the software within 2 days of our first sales call.
What do you dislike?
There was only one thing we weren't aware of that bothered a few of our customers initially. There are review reminders if the customer doesn't click on the link and it felt like spam messages to some customers. We found out we could turn that off and since then haven't had a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product
The support and sales staff are incredible. They move quickly and don't waste time. The implementation was almost completely done by the time we signed in for the first time and were live on the software within 2 days of our first sales call.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The first is obviously more control over our online reputation and an improvement of our total rating (especially on google). The second is that we're better able to track down and solve those problems with customers who have had negative experiences.

Excellent Service

I love the fact that we can get honest reviews from customers without being pushy and asking directly. With birdeye you can reach out to the custom
er without feeling pushy.
What do you dislike?
There are a few things on their interface that I would change.

Since using BirdEye we have gotten way more reviews than we would have without it.

Best of 20 I reviewed
What do you like best?
I reviewed over 20 different offerings. Most survey or review software companies either provide enterprise wide full function survey software f
or a heafty price or just reputation management with limits on data. BirdEye offers surveys and review requests for a fair price. Support is great. We love the system.
What do you dislike?
When installing I wish I had a check list of needed items so I could have been prepared better

The extra benefit of receiving feed back we never would have gotten so we can improve ourselves.

We are making it easier for our happy guests to rate us more. We are able to get really good feed back on what we can improve so we can provide better service.

I love the way the app on my phone makes it so easy for me to have a request sent to customers for a review. And I really lov
e that it allows me to share all reviews gotten in various places to Google and Facebook!
What do you dislike?
The only thing - in the list of customers in the Campaigns - it would help if it indicated whether that person responded with a review or not.

Just know that reviews not left explicitly on Facebook or Google will only show up as POSTS on your pages. Not as actual reviews on Google or Facebook.

Finding more and more new customers that are saying they chose us, over the competition, because of our reviews.

Great addition to digital marketing
What do you like best?
I like the fact that we can help our clients manage their online reputation and encourage visitors to provide reviews when they m
ight have not done so in the past. We can also run tests on different messaging to constantly craft what is being sent to customers to illicit better response rates.
What do you dislike?
There needs to be a greater amount of integration with medical patient management systems to be truly powerful. Sometimes the tech support can have a lag in response but working through our account manager we are usually able to get items resolved relatively quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Definitely consider Birdeye on your shortlist but evaluate the integrations and make sure you can meet your clients needs.

Establishing or improving client reputations online. Some of our clients had been early adopters to online reviews. But, there markets have become more competitive and Birdeye has helped increase their online reviews and thereby cemented their reputation in the local market.

Easy to use review system
What do you like best?
I like how easy BirdEye is to use. The ability to managed all reviews in one place makes it easy to see where customers are leaving reviews
and where improvements can be made.
What do you dislike?
How long the integrations take to get set up. We have often had to contact support to complete the set up process.

Pointing out strengths and weaknesses that clients point out. Provides good insight as to where a business can improve whether it be communication, service, or speed of responding

Great for Generating Reviews
What do you like best?
It has done wonders to enhance our online reviews.
What do you dislike?
I dont like the way the reviews post on twitter. You
cannot see them. The linking is inefficient.

Fixing our online reputation from the couple bad eggs that posted bad reviews years ago. Those people are now drowning in the sea of good reviews.

A good choice for Reputation Management
What do you like best?
This platform is easy to use and simple to implement. In three months it's already had a large impact on our third party
star rating.
What do you dislike?
The interface map doesn't show Canada at this time. The notification time when a review is posted lags a bit.

If you haven't, check out how many potential clients will check third party reviews before making a purchasing decision. We've raised our star rating from 2.8 to 3.6 in just three months.

The setup and training was done in a manner which made it very easy to understand and use. They answere
d all of my questions and went over the process until I was comfortable with it. I would recommend Birdeye to anyone looking to get reviews for their business.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing to dislike. I called back a second time and this person in support walked me through the process that I was having trouble with.

Give them a try. It is very user friendly both for the person implementing and for the person reviewing. They have great customer service and are well run.

Powerful software
What do you like best?
The user interface is great. It's clean and streamlined and we've had no issues rolling the software out to employees.

dislike?
The reliance on additional (non-Birdeye) parties such as Sikka. The more control that Birdeye could have on their technology the better in my opinion.

Continue to improve your customer communications.

People's natural tendency to voice themselves more after an unfavorable experience and voice their good experiences at the same volume. People tend to ignore good or normal experiences and go on with their day but feel the need to document their frustrations online. BirdEye helps us promote the positive experiences more often.

There are multiple different reps! I have friends who didn't get a knowledgeable and/or friendly rep their first time working with BirdEye but I encourage you to try another one - Christine Hayden was really great! She answered all my questions and had us ready to install in no time. We were up and running in less than week and have been getting a nice stream of reviews over the past few weeks!

We don't have to ask for reviews, we just let our patients know they'll be getting a request if they'd like to review us on Google or Facebook!

Birdseye is a Valuable, but not for everyone.
What do you like best?
For the right Businesses, Social Media Management is becoming as critical as your Accounting Depatment, Human Resource
Department, and R & D. I like the simplified structure, and the responses people have to give are automatic which mean more returned responses.
What do you dislike?
I think the sales representative selling the product needs to better understand who the ideal customer is, and who is not.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Examine the product carefully, then examine your business and get your business ready before you sign up. In my opinion this product is not. For everyone but there are a lot of businesses that would benefit a good deal from using it.

In my case I was not an ideal business for the product. I still very much like what the product will do for the right business.

Love having all our reviews in one location.

Love that we can send customers to one place to view our reviews from all over the web.

Sometimes it takes a while to get problems resolved in support.

I like having a portal to send all review requests and one place to check on requests sent, reviews received and be able to reply to reviews straight from there.
