I absolutely love Porterfield. My husband has been using their services and dealing with Troy since he was 16 years old and he's 46 now. We won't go to anyone else. Not only do they have the best prices anywhere but they always do the best job. Some places try to cheat women by overcharging or telling them something needs to be done that is unnecessary. This has never happened at Porterfield. I needed a new tire the other day and I called University Tire by mistake and they said the tire would cost me $169 and they didn't even have it in stock and would have to order it. I told my husband and he told me I had called the wrong place. He called Porterfield and the same tire would cost $69. $100 less. I can't say enough good things about these guys.....especially Troy. Just try to make an appt because they're always pretty busy. You won't be disappointed with these guys. more »

What do you like best?
The initial onboarding process can be daunting but because they hold your hand throughout the process, it's a breeze. You really
feel they care about you as a business and they genuinely want you to succeed.
What do you dislike?
There are glitches, like any program and sometimes dealing with their support team can be a challenge.

Be very specific regarding your expectations and make sure you are clear about what you need BirdEye to do before taking the plunge.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We need more reviews that are positive. Our customers typically don't review us unless they are angry which makes it very challenging. We are just starting out with BirdEye but in general, it has made everyone in our company more aware of the impact of a positive review.

It is an investment, but seems to be worth it, as time goes by. Our reputation online is important, and we seem to receiving more ratings & reviews, being, we also are a user of constantcontact, so as long as I remember to get their cell phone number, I can shoot them this & hope they will respond, I do ask, if they will when I remember though, I think that is helpful also. Great Way to Get Reviews
Pros: Really great way to boost your online reviews across different review sites. Customers do not seem to mind it and we instantly saw an increase in reviews in the fi
rst week of use.
Cons: While I do not consider it expensive, with the exception of text messaging, it was something one of our other paid software was capable of so we did not feel it justifiable to pay for something we could already do.

I am concerned that changes in Google could all of a sudden make BirdEye no relevant.

I like how easy it is to ask our clients to review us. We have already received so many reviews from past clients.

We have clients who review us but don't give us a rating, so I wish there was a way to fix that.

I received some training from Rachel Melnick and she was amazing. She walked me through the entire program teaching me how to use all the tools. After our training she emailed me and listed everything we went over together and included the items that she was going to help me incorporate. Several weeks later I emailed her with a question and she responded right away and provided detailed information regarding my question. She goes above and beyond in her efforts to provide superior customer service. more »

Overall: The amount of attenti
on that BirdEye gives to you makes you feel like you are their only client. It's awesome to know that an answer is never more than a few moments away.
The only downfall that we see is that we cannot post directly to the social media platform from the dashboard, but that is no problem.

Sub par customer service. Our account was mistakenly cancelled, once they reinstated it we had problems. We promised resolution on 3 different occasions by support, each time I would be called back the next day and told they could not provide the resolution they promised because I was working with someone who 'didn't know anything about the service they were talking about'. Seems to be a tech company who is more interested in sticking you with a contract than providing a service that makes you want to stay. Birdeye customer of 2 years that will not return. more »

What do you like best?
Birdeye monitors all of our reviews without us having to do any additional work! They send out the request, post the excellent reviews with a thank you
to the patient and then shares it to all of our social media accounts to help potential future patients looking for a new dentist. They were able to update all of our accounts to be compliant on the internet and helped move us to the top of Google search which has generated several new patients within 2 months!!
What do you dislike?
NOTHING and we genuinely mean that!

Birdeye helps your business in ways nothing else could.
What do you like best?
I like the easy to use link function, where you have a static link you can share out to customers that lets t
hem review on multiple platforms, and if it's negative, it allows you to filter that from platforms and remain only on Birdeye, without the customer seeing it removed. It would be nice to be able to turn the filter off, in case that was a function you weren't comfortable with, but otherwise it's a neat aspect.
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have is the pricing structure, it's a little much for a small business. If you were to lower the price, or give tier based pricing, or review based pricing, it may be a little easier to swallow the price tag on it.

The hardest part about getting reviews is convenience for the customers, so it's nice that Birdeye allows for posting to multiple platforms from one place. Since using Birdeye, we've seen a large uptake in our positive reviews. Seeing a positive review go to Google & Facebook, and being Abe to connect them Yelp is super nice.

Love this product!
Pros: Ease of use. We really didn't have to do anything! Our goal was to increase the number of reviews knowing that it would increase the ratings. Without BirdEye we wou
ld not have achieved this. Could not be happier with the result.
Cons: I did receive a few complaints about too many emails. Emails went out to all new members and I should have clarified how many times they would be asked to review.
