    Review Pros: Customers Connection. I like that I can answer to client's needs directly. I like that I can set up templates for faster response. All is excellent Cons: No direct connection with Yelp. Not being on curtain pages for certain time disconnects us with the clients. Overall: Excellent

    I'm new to Birdeye but like the concept. What I really like so far is their customer service. I called them up with a couple of questions and was able to do a zoom meeting to take care of my issues. Shortly after I got off the meeting, my issues were completely taken care of and up and running. So I like the fact that they truly want to see you succeed.

    Great service product! Pros: Easy to use and fantastic customer service! Cons: It can be glitchy at times, especially if you aren't using the platform on a full screen. Overall: Very positive

    Review for real estate company Pros: Ease of sharing of reviews through multiple portals. Cons: The access is not easily figured out. Hard to decide which category we are selecting. Overall: Very good.

    Great Value for our Company Very good PROS Birdeye makes it easy for the patients to do a quick review and easily allows our company and others to see the reviews which help us improve and our clients know more about us. It integrated very well with our existing software. CONS We have 2 sites that are using Birdeye, it was kinda tricky getting both sites to report.     Easy to use Again, very easy to use!! PROS Extremely easy to use & navigate through program CONS Has been a few times where we were not getting customer responses but called tech support and had it cleared up the following day

    Easy to use and great support! PROS It was super easy to get this off the ground for us and for our clients. The support provided by the Birdeye team has been nothing short of fantastic. CONS I have heard from everybody on the team and even noticed it during our onboarding, there is a giant delay between when something is clicked to when it actually loads. Occasionally have issues with things never loading. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Synup had too many glitches and we made it to our wits end with their support team VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Miranda!     It's a Great Service for Reputation Management PROS What I love the most about the software is I do not need to navigate to different platforms for answer direct messages and reviews. Plus, the customer service team is so responsive. CONS What I don't like the most about the software is the web chat does not have a filtration system that can guide certain people to certain FAQ's. Thankfully the engineering team is working on that but I do not know yet when it will be completed. Secondly, I wish they would add Yelp to their platforms because Yelp is a big player in our reputation management. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Rachel!     new to birdeye PROS its easy to use to talk to customers love how you can instantly get sms msgs CONS don't really have noting bad to say about its just differnt from the other system the shop use to use so it took some getting use to

    So far, Ive been paying for services for 2 weeks. My onboarding call was rescheduled from today (when I am available) to a time I am not available. Im not sure what work has been done by Birdeye on my behalf, but I know I have done my part by paying their fee. I may change this rating once things get going and I see effort on their part and results, but as of now I am frustrated. I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars when I saw the response to resolve my concerns. I am very happy with their follow up and everything is going well. The on boarding took 3 meetings , but that was mostly because of tech difficulties on my end. However, Birdeye was quick to schedule our next meeting at the end of one.

    Highly recommend Pros: Easy to integrate! Wonderful customer service! Cons: Pricey software. But worth the price we pay!

    We hired Birdeye to help our business grow. So far, the communication has been great. Our rep, Abdul, is always quick to respond, explains everything with simplicity, and is here for me and my team for any questions we may have. We just started about a month ago, but so far I am very happy with this service and enjoy working with Birdeye.

    I had issues with their implemetation, they contacted me quickly and although not resolved, multiple attempts have been made and I feel like they are trying hard to remedy the situation.
