What do you dislike about Birdeye? While priced fairly competitively in the marketplace, I feel that the tool is a touch expensive. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great Service" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that birdeye notifies us about all of the reviews for the company. It is great that we are able to keep up on all of the reviews that we receive. It makes it easy to be aware and improve where we can. What do you dislike about Birdeye? For now there is nothing that I can think of that is negative other than seeing the negative reviews! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Take Advantage of the product and the opportunities that it gives to review the costumer experience. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is important that we are updated on the reviews that we are receiving as a company. Reviews are the

"Great Review Tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? Takes the hassle out of requesting reviews and comes with fantastic analytics. You can track how you are performing over time, and can reward the teammates who get the most positive reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The Send Review field can be temperamental. If you have a space at the end of an email or phone number, it kicks back an error rather than filtering it out automatically. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Some reputation management softwares include additional features. Look across them all and pick the one with the features that match your needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Improved brand perception. We have seen an increase in positive ratings and have been able to quickly react to lower ratings and get them resolved for our customers.

I find soliciting reviews to my customers is very easy and well worth the investment. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We had some issues with the Local SEO feature. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are constantly looking for more online reviews. I like to see the click-through and open rates of my campaigns. The ease of use and responsiveness of the support is great.

"Birdeye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has helped us get our technicians to get more reviews for our company. We used to have only 15 reviews collected over many years and now we have over 200 reviews. They also make it easy to respond to customers quickly with the web chat and the phone app is super easy to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We mainly use birdeye to collect reviews and I don't have anything negative to say. Their response time on trouble tickets has always been good and there hasn't ever been an issue with them that wasn't resolved. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you're looking for an easy to use way to track reviews and respond to them this is it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have gotten our team to actually ask for and send review invites to customers. In doing so I know we have gathered new customers and we have also hired some of our newest service technicians because they realized we were the kind of company that they wanted to work for.

"The Single Source of Truth We Needed" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye brings the cacophony of 150+ location directory listing and reputation management down to a harmonious blend through a single, intuitive platform. Coupled with concierge-like customer service, Birdeye's solution has given me the perspective and agility I need to effectively manage our expansive footprint easily. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Dislike is a strong term that I would not apply; however I will say that a few product enhancements would prove beneficial: - YelpForBusiness partnership - to aid in wrangling the more elusive listings - On-page advertising opportunity for certain directories (competitors have offered sidebar/billboard ads on relevant directories such as HealthGrades or Yelp). - Additional nuances to line up with expanding Google My Business listing options. For example, GMB offered COVID-19 Hours data blocks which were not manageable through Synup/Birdeye Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Do your homework to make sure the solution you choose is the best fit for your needs beyond the immediate future, and don't be afraid to ask for multiple demos if you think a solution may be the right fit. After spending months researching, I've learned that many solutions are climbing the same mountains, so to speak. Take the time to make sure the solution you choose is taking the path you are already on in terms of how you value customer engagement and what sort of human capital you are able to apply to reputation management. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am now able to easily find, reply to, and act on reputation influencing moments with a speed and reach hadn't before enjoyed. This tool is not only helping our digital presence remain current, but it is also providing invaluable information on the threats and opportunities surrounding our patient (customer) experience, productivity, and reach.

"Fantastic service!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is always on top of our review needs! Since day one they have helped increase our online presence! What do you dislike about Birdeye? For what our company requires from BirdEye I have not run into any negatives. Thank you! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that any review that is less than stellar has the opportunity to be addressed prior to it being released out into the world.

"Helped us improve our company's ratings on several platforms" What do you like best about Birdeye? We had a difficult time navigating through the various online review platforms to respond to customer reviews and ask for customer reviews. It involved multiple logins every day, which took quite a bit a time, made it difficult to manage reviews, and interrupted our productivity. All of that changed when we started using Birdeye. Now, we simply log into our Birdeye account, and our company reviews for all review sites are on a single, easy-to-use dashboard. Plus, we create custom email and SMS campaigns to invite our customers to reviews us in a quick and easy manner. It's a real time-saver. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing that we dislike about Birdeye. It has all of the robust features and capabilities that you need to manage your customer reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Prior to using Birdeye, we had to conduct online searches to see if we received any customer reviews. There are rules against asking for reviews, so we did not actively solicit reviews from customers. Birdeye takes the risk out of this task, as they adhere to the rules of each online platform. We now send hundreds of invitations each year, and Birdeye's reporting feature shows email open rates, SMS open rates, and review conversion rates. Additionally, the reviews for each platform (e.g. Google, Trustpilot, Yelp) are all on one dashboard that you can filter by star rating. We now have the ability to track how our star rating is doing, and it has improved a lot thanks to Birdeye.

"Great for showcasing how reviews and ROI converge to clients" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use, Birdeye has a great UI that allows users to quickly navigate and act where they need to. Allows us to quickly navigate and build where instead we would normally be learning the SaaS. Client side, you never buy into a partnership to just learn how to use their specific software. It's a big turn off - we need to be empowered. UI does natural empowerment, good design work from your creative teams. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Spotty support. Seems hit or miss depending on your representative you are working with. Definitely think there needs to be some sort of on boarding FOLLOW UP happening. Make sure people are using the product and uploading emails/phone numbers, follow up until they do, just don't show them how. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to quantify good reviews and show their power to our bottom line. We're able to more effectively target people to get them to leave us positive reviews. That's important for the ROI especially with SaaS companies. We don't want to be tricked into long retainers without value - show the value upfront. BirdEye does that incredibly well, it's one of your best value propositions.

"Simplified reputation management and customer surveys, without a manual process!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye provides a simple platform to manage your reputation on multiple sites, as well as send review requests and surveys to your customers. We're set up to integrate with our current customer database software and therefore, our reviews are sent automatically, without the need for manual processes. The staff at Birdeye have always been helpful and are continually looking to improve and offer new technology and services. We are excited to continue utilizing Birdeye and find it to be an amazing tool for our business and customers alike. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At this time I cannot specifically think of anything that we don't like about Birdeye. We look forward to the possibility of a customer chat function. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has provided an easy way of surveying our customers to make sure we meeting our customer promise for excellent service, as well as seeking ways we can improve. The biggest benefit is the process is no longer manual and is done with the click of a button.

"Our online reputation and presence have increased greatly since we signed on with BirdEye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how easy Birdeye makes it for us to reach out to customers for reviews. We use the Service Titan integration and the reviews go out automatically which makes the process seamless and easy. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only thing we have an issue with is sometimes the customers will leave a great review as direct feedback and there is no way to push those publically for potential customers to see. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Online reviews are a big part of how customers in our industry choose what company they will use. We have found with BirdEye, our reputation puts us at the top of the list on internet searches and our reviews help give us an edge against the competition. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It was difficult to have someone go back and look over the jobs and call customers afterwards. We are now able to send review requests to every customer without having to worry if we missed any or called twice.

"Birdeye is great for making the review process frictionless for clients." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the "Check-in" feature the best because it makes it very easy to send out reviews. People want to open a text message and be presented with all the options. I also really like the feature that auto-posts positive reviews on to our social media platforms. Since I am in charge of social media at my organization, having that auto-post feature makes my job easier. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would not say there are any downsides to Birdeye, but if I had to nit-pick, I would say that there is a need for providing an option for users who do not have Google or Facebook accounts. It would be neat to see a "Leave your review on Birdeye" feature. One other pet peeve of mine would be that there is no "follow up" option for SMS, instead if you send out a review request via SMS and no -one responds, you have to resend it... There should be auto-reminders like y'all do with email. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem was asking people to leave a review. It is always very awkward to ask someone to do that over the phone or even in person. Simply being able to send out a text message is way less confrontational and it makes the entire process roll much smoother.

"Reviews have never been easier" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the simplicity of the system for both myself and our clients. I can send clients emails and text messages with direct links to leave reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't really found anything that I dislike but if I have to say something, it would be price. For the service it provides, BirdEye is not overpriced at all but it would be a bit much if you don't have a steady flow of clients. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: give it a try, getting more reviews will always help What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It was hard to get people to leave reviews before. People are busy and they do not think about it unless they have had a bad experience. Birdeye makes it quick and easy for clients to leave a review, even those that have trouble navigating social media and technology.

"Our pain management practice is very pleased with Birdeye" What do you like best about Birdeye? Very easy to use, requires bare minimum of work from our clinic's administrative staff, patients are never overwhelmed with the number of reminders, works great with our EMR system (Athena) patient reviews are automatically posted on our website and SM affordable cost What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's nothing to dislike, we are very happy with the services What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to grow our SEO Patients always read reviews and BirdEye helps us to send review requests to our patients Our website is constantly updated with the latest reviews

"Birdeye's platform helps tremendously in staying informed with our online customer feedback" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye's platform allows us to track online reviews among 11 locations. With their platform, in almost real-time, we know what our customers are saying about us online. This allows us to quickly address issues that if left alone may become larger issues. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Occasionally we receive emails from Birdeye that have missing fields. It'll say we have a new crowd-source review but not show what was said. Its very rare when this happens. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows for one platform for reputation management.

"So much value it may as well be free" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is so easy to send clients a review link after every service call. They almost always respond to it and their responses are overwhelmingly 5-stars. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We would like to see better integration with Service Titan. We send review links manually because the integration has some shortcomings. That beings said, it’s still worth more to send it manually than it is to not do it at all. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Don’t put it off. You’ll get back your investment many times over. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s all about reputation management. Before BirdEye, the only people wanting to post reviews were angry customers. Our score was dropping like a rock because motivated, positive customers weren’t being consistently presented with an easy way to review. Also, we changed our whole culture to aim for 5-stars. BirdEye gives us a constant barometer on how we’re doing. If a customer is unhappy, we know pretty quickly (hopefully offline) and can take action to flip it back to 5-stars.

"Birdeye is saying what they will do and they will!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Facility to send and track review requests as well as click rate changes. It really is great to be able to send recommendations for various channels at like that once. Furthermore, I like with the classic look and user experience, and even the allows for easy of sending reviews. I even see it works with our small case service offering, Clio, even if it also needs to be built into it. Assumedly, our contact information can be harvested to make trying to send reports even relatively easy at least, and that's the real explanation on the Clio ownership structure. Despite, it's a massive leap up above and beyond the our traditional approaches to simply pointing people to both the webpage of the Google Review and hoping they 'd open it up and walk away an analysis. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Little is to loathe. Just one aspect I can add is to enable further user oversight of administration-level functions relevant to platform assignments and client reach. I am not aware if that was a BIrdEye restriction or a restriction implemented by administrators of my businesses. Seeing as all info is simple to manage and ingest. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Let this tool make your life easier! Scroll through all reviews in one place, across multiple sites and locations. Great for managing reputation, viewing and responding to negative reviews before they get posted. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our procedure can see how our exposure of our clinicians and proposed to our practitioners is making a difference. We invite every patient to take part in an Assistant and Service examination. This helps enhance the user health and our client support. Since we would never want a clinician to provide us with a bad product. We would also not need to transfer on going to ask a doctor for an analysis but since we did not provide them with stellar service. It's how we overcome and understand BirdEye 's advantages.

"I am a real estate professional who uses BirdEye to manage my online reputation." What do you like best about Birdeye? Automation is the biggest factor for me. Set it and forget it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The service is not cheap, however nothing this fully featured could be. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Free up your time. Reviews are critical to your success, get your time back. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Freeing up my time to focus on servicing clients and not chasing reviews.

"Easy way to send out review requests!" What do you like best about Birdeye? How we are getting recognized on Google What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have no problems with Bird-eye. "Birdeye Delivers Broader Insights to Our Company" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has made it easy to drive insights What do you dislike about Birdeye? Looking for more diverse product applications released in the future. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We spend less time filtering through platforms to push negative or positive reviews to the proper internal team. We have gained great insights into the number of positive experiences our Customers were receiving that never made it to a review platform previously.
