    Increased reviews PROS Product was easy to use. The ease of navigating the website and app was friendly. CONS Initially overwhelming, but customer service was helpful.

    Birdeye to the Rescue Birdeye's like that trusty pickup truck that never lets you down. Sure, it might take a minute to figure out all the bells and whistles, but once you do, it's a smooth ride down the digital highway. With chatbots, live chats, customer reviews, we get all that we need. Our company has benefitted greatly when it comes to using Birdeye. PROS Birdeye shines when it comes to customer engagement. The chatbot and review generation tools have dramatically enhanced our interaction with customers. Plus, the dashboard offers a clean and organized view of all customer messages, a real plus. There are several pluses we've experienced so far. CONS The user interface is not exactly user-friendly, especially at the beginning. It can feel a bit like walking through a new city with no map or guide. However, with a bit of time and patience, you'll learn your way around. In addition, the customer support is Grade A so they helped us.

    Slick Customer Interaction Incredible! PROS The website chatbot has been a great addition to our website and helped our customer and employee communication. The intuitive answers are a huge benefit. CONS Nothing is too major but the dashboard can be a little difficult to navigate initially. The customer service team was a great help though.

    Birdeye is Tops! PROS Birdeye has helped us increase our online reviews which will eventually move us up the page on Google. Really good for our industry. CONS All the features were a little overwhelming at first, but the training and customer support helped us out.

    Birdeye is great! Has been an amazing experience. PROS Birdeye is a great way for us to send out review once a project is complete. CONS When we first got Birdeye it took me a bit to adjust and navigate.

    Easy as pie to use Overall it is really awesome and I enjoy using it daily. PROS I like the user interface the most. Everything is laid out perfectly. CONS When sending surveys to customers via text and email, we have trouble with non-Canadian numbers. Also, if an email is invalid, the text sometimes doesn't send. If the phone number is invalid, the email sometimes doesn't send.

    Birdeye is great Great customer service. PROS Generated reports is very helpful when figuring out our customer input. CONS Navigation can be tricky to figure where everything is at.

    I love Birdeye! Working with Itishri Kakkaron their Implementation Specialist has made onboarding a breeze! Itishri is so knowledgable, patient, and beyond kind. I have loved every minute of working with her and the rest of the Birdeye team. Since using Birdeye, our practice reviews have drastically improved and we've received a lot of great feedback to help improve our overall patient experience.
