Customer service is amazing! I needed help updating my review link- and received the help I needed immediately! Because it was later in the day, I was expecting to leave an email, and wait to have my issue addressed the following business day… but nope! I was helped immediately! They were helpful and very friendly!

I think bird eye does everything relatively well. Clear communication and really great to see the review generation being so trackable. Akash and Ed were great people to work with

Ankona was extremely helpful during the implementation process. She made things very easy to understand and took things at a perfect pace. She always answered any questions and I never felt like just another customer to her.

Learning how to use all the Birdeye features takes a lot of time. We would have liked more guidance and instruction from the implementation manager, in addition to the on-boarding spreadsheet.

Walk through went well, informative. I used Birdeye prior, would suggest tailoring the onboarding based on experience.

It took a while to get our EMR integrated, but the Birdeye team was persistent to get a solution that worked for us.

I had a wonderful experience with Itishri Kakkar and our onboarding process. She was always responsive to ANY questions that we had and if she did not have the immediate answer to something, then she would find out and get back to us. I had the pleasure of working with Snehashish who guided me throughout the process in learning how to use Birdeye and he was incredibly helpful!
