Great! Super user friendly and rep was very patient with me, a technological non genius! Pros: Reviews are very important to us, and BirdEye is awesome when it comes to the organization and implementation of these reviews! Cons: So far, nothing that I do not like. Maybe if there was a way to use Yelp ratings...? But for now, I like it all!

easy-going , intuitive, and worth the value Pros: Filtering bad reviews before they ever reach the net. I also like the text message functionality as many clients are unlikely to unilaterally visit a site to review an attorney's services. Cons: Price is a little steep. But then again I don't know what arrangement your company has with wireless carriers, nor have I fully realized the potential uptick in my own business due to the increase in reviews. One account to track reviews and invite customers for reviews. Pros: Once we made the decision to sign up with Birdeye I was given an account manager to help with our onboarding. She was professional and thorough in explaining the product to me during our Webinar. Birdeye is a pretty straightforward and easy to use the web app to track reviews and set rating goals. With Birdeye you can run review Campaigns to help boost your online reviews, you can run reports so you can analyze Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review activity with average rating. You can also set up social accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Linkedin) Birdeye also has a pretty hearty backend that will allow Developer API's, Mobile Apps, Website API integration and SEO rich snippets plus a dozen more advanced items. You can really dig into Birdeye and use this fantastic tool to help take control of your social media presence and review ratings. Cons: I really have no cons at this time. We've been using Birdeye for several months and are happy with everything.

A great experience with great results. Pros: Ease of use, the ability to track all of our locations at one time and the ability to respond to reviews directly form dashboard. Cons: Can't really think of anything that I dislike. Its easy to use and uncomplicated. Overall, it been a good experience form day one of implementing it in our offices.

Just started with BirdEye - Looking forward to great things Pros: Has most or all the functionality most businesses would need. Online platform well laid out. Seems very easy to use Cons: Some things not 100% due to Google upcoming changes. A bit pricey but I'm new so maybe the cost will be worth it once my reviews start flowing in

An exceptionally smooth, easy to use, effective review collection system Pros: It is easy to explain to our customers and it's easy for them to post reviews. The best thing is that they are leaving Google, Facebook, and BBB reviews, not just some third party reviews that don't help as much. Cons: I have used a number of other services and this is by far the best. I honestly can't think of anything I am not satisfied with. Overall: We are getting actual Google, Facebook, and BBB reviews!

Simple, great, easy Pros: The ease of using the software and also the automation of the texts and emails. I am so excited to see all the analytics as well. Cons: Nothing as of yet! It seems like It is easy for me to use so I dont think anything poses an issue right now Overall: Acquiring more 5 star reviews, but also acquiring them more quickly than traditional methods or email alone.

Professional, transparent, no-pressure sales. Easy to use for admins and end-users alike. Pros: Love how easy it is to see everything in one dashboard space; brings together previously disparate platforms. Cons: While the platform is easy to use, I wish it had a feature that would somehow quasi-improve online reviews on its own.

everyone is very helpful! Pros: Generating great client reviews is very simple. The ease of sending out review invites is wonderful. Cons: we really do not have any complaints about this review software at this time. We are please with the level of service we have been provided.

I use BirdsEye to get reviews from clients for a real estate company. Pros: I like that you can have all of the reviews in one place for the whole company and that you are able to view them easily on your computer. It's easy for the consumer to write the review too. Cons: Nothing as of yet! It seems like It is easy for me to use so I dont think anything poses an issue right now

Good customer service. We just started today. Pros: What I like the most is that you can combine all the sites in one. I like the customer service. We will see at the end of the month how it goes. Cons: The software seems to be working fine. We will evaluate in a month from today, because we don't have enough information yet.

Very pleased with my ability to easily respond to and monitor 50+ business locations' reviews daily. Pros: Their robust reporting capability, specifically the feature that allows you to save reporting filters for future use. I also appreciate the sentiment check function in their review request campaigns that prequalifies reviewers and often bars disgruntled customers from leaving public negative reviews (instead reroutes them to a non-public feedback landing page) which boosts our star rating and online reputation. Cons: Due to third party restrictions, responding to reviews on sites like Yelp and Facebook often requires the responder to link out to the original review on the listing page and the login information often does not transfer, making responding to certain reviews a clunky process.

great chat and phone experience; support was friendly and patient Pros: the software has so many reports available for tracking success and measuring whether or not campaigns are successful; I really like the integration of multiple sources of reviews in one place Cons: I can't think of anything that I would change about the software because I am happy with it overall.

I received a BirdEye email after a personal shopping experience, after some research, I signed up! Pros: The team at BirdEye seems to share our business ethos and are excited about helping us grow. I'm impressed with the ease of use and both the earnest and professional vibe that the follow up correspondence gives. Cons: I don't see any Cons up front, it seems that any issues I might have could be quickly addressed by rep and the BirdEye support team.

BirdEye is the most successful practice building tool I have implemented. Highly recommended. Pros: After the initial set-up the operation is seamless and does not require constant user interaction. The system just works and helps us attract new patients. Cons: For us, we really do not have any complaints. The system is reliable and we have not experienced very many problems. Overall: Increased production.

Powerful and versatile customer service tool Pros: Integrates with Zapier. Versatile enough that I can literally refer contacts to just about any site to leave reviews, and even send iOS contacts to one site or multiple sites while Android contacts are served other sites, while email contacts are offered still another set of choices. Cons: Does not refer users to Yelp. Also, does not have built-in referral or loyalty functionality or even integrations. Does not do product reviews. This forces me to use multiple tools to offer all this functionality. Overall: SMS feedback generation. It is powerful!
