Since starting to use Birdeye, my practice has increased, and it has been most valuable. They are responsive, and helpful, and I recommend the service highly. I delayed in utilizing this kind of service for quite some time, and now I realize that it is almost mandatory in today's competitive business environment. BirdEye is a fantastic company to work with. We are a fast paced plumbing & septic service business and just don't have time to check all the websites out there for reviews. BirdEye brings them all together on one page and makes it very easy to track and see how your web presence is going. You could not ask for a nicer bunch of people. I have always received answers to my questions the same day that I ask them. Mike Bush is my point of contact and he is a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a company to help you with your online presence don't look any further. There are to many scams out there. Trust their reviews... I put off using a company like this for way to long. Don't make my same mistake. Call BirdEye and work with Mike Bush.

Birdeye is a good service to help monitor and consolidate your reviews onto one platform for all customers to see. I am hoping to see some new developments to their services in the changing environment of the internet.

Birdeye has been a wonderful company to work with! Shana has specifically been available to me every step of the way and answered all of my silly questions. On boarding was a breeze and bird eye is now functioning at our office with out an issue. Love their customer service and attention to detail!
