From the time I signed the agreement to the onboarding meeing it was about 2 weeks. I think this should be a couple days after. I understand you are busy, but 2 weeks is a long time to wait after signing a contract. We are pleased with the product so far.

BIRDEYE IS FANTASTIC


Allocate a bit more time on the first meeting - but it could be overwelming so I understand why limit to 30 minutes.

In the overwelming world of business, it is wonderful to find a partner to navigate customer relationships and reputation management. Birdeye's experience gave us the confidence to put this big tool to work for our small business. We have a lot to learn and we have the confidence in Birdeye to not wait another day to make big improvements.

Have sales team explain more about the call. A little more info might save time. Because I was not aware it would be an IT job.(maybe not for everyone) I was told about a quick call to set up. I thought it would be Q&A. But my call had to be reset so I could contact my IT guy. My rep was very helpful, patient & kind on all issues. Once the 2 of them got together all was great. Thanks

If you're not sure, ask for the free 3 day trial and give them info for 100 customers. They accomplished in 3 days what we could not accomplish in a year. And that's just gathering reviews. Managing and marketing them through the dashboard is awesome. Just try it!
