    Highly recommend Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye has eliminated the issues we were having with getting patient reviews. It was like a "set it and forget it" system once implemented! I use Birdeye to reply to messages sent by patients and to monitor reviews. Pros - patient reviews -posts to social media -sends messages to office on behalf of patient Cons - would not change a thing Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is key in boosting your visibility on Google through patient reviews. They also post the best reviews of the week onto the office's social media pages which eliminated us having to do so. There are several other features that Birdeye offers that we do not utilize. Return on Investment - positive! -new patient gain -boosts on google visibility Alternatives Considered - RevenueWell - We did not review other products. We chose Birdeye as we switched to them from revenuewell. Support Rating - we rarely have to use it! Usability - Very user friendly!

    Birdeye is user friendly Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a company to generate reviews. We use it daily and it has worked every time we have needed it. I know there are somethings I don't know how to utilize on Birdeye but I know I can reach out to our Birdeye rep and they would be happy to help. Pros - Generate Reviews -Automatic replies to reviewer -Creates campaigns for reviews Cons - Completing campaigns on mobile site Likelihood to Recommend - I would recommend to anyone that would like to generate reviews and creating campaigns for reviews Return on Investment - ROI with reviews -Generates business Support Rating - Birdeye is always helpful Usability - Birdeye is user friendly.

    Mktg Officer of LACOMS Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye plays a big role in our company's reputation management. I have widely use their functions mainly housing the reviews we are getting accross all media platforms. It also helped me set KPI for our office and empowering employees through engagements I can monitor highlighting their names on. What I like most about Birdeye is that it when we receive reveielws we can reply directly to playform. Pros - House all social media reviews -Can reply directly to the reviews at ease -Integrates with other systems like DSN Cons - Friendliness of settings -Assigning a dedicated advocate -Yelp integration Likelihood to Recommend - We lost a 5 star review in Google page but in Birdeye its still there. Can serve as a backbone which is really helpful. I liked this function so much it saves me the hassle of contacting Google and dispute the reviews. I can even reply to the reviews from the platform and templates can be inserted as well. How cool is that?! Return on Investment - Less admin cost -I could hire someone to oversee our company's online reputation but with Birdeye it helps me do lenghty things shortly but are still taken cared of properly and accordingly. -Wide exposure of reviews and online presence of our company. -Accredited websites and platforms are great help for more exposure. Alternatives Considered - N/A i have not tried other products than manual monitoring Other Software Used - Salesforce CMS, CS WinOMS, EagleSoft Support Rating - As a marketing officer. I would always prefer to talk to an assigned advocate that will value my time. The implementations team is superb but when you contact them from the mainline it will take some time someone will get back to you, but not always. There are also time they response fast. Usability - I dont even know if I have utilize all features we got from our package but its already superb.

    Birdeye is a great one-stop shop for review management Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Our company uses Birdeye to respond to reviews, messages, comments left across multiple social media platforms. Pros - Allows review management in one platform -Automated review request -Easily track all messages, comments, and reviews in one place Cons - Sending out a release email when new things are deployed or changed in the system -When a fix is deployed for an issue it seems we end up with the same problem 1-2 weeks later -Sales team is very pushy Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great for managing reviews all in one place. Return on Investment - Increased Google reviews from 2 stars to 3.4 stars in a few months -Made it much easier to request reviews from customers -Easily displays reviews on or social platforms Other Software Used - Powtoon, Canva, Mailchimp Support Rating - Support is usually quick but like I mentioned earlier, it seems that things tend to mess up/break again 1-2 weeks later. Usability - Overall works well for what we need

    Birdeye catches the worm! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to help manage our online reputation and it has been a great tool for us! In the time since using Birdeye, we have increased our Google star rating, increased the number of overall reviews for our potential clients to read and made it easier all around to receive feedback from our clients. The integration with Salesforce has been integral in reducing the number of steps a person needs to request feedback and has made it easier to track. Highly recommend. We also recently started using the survey feature to gauge our newer clients and make sure they are receiving the service they expected. Pros - Integration with Salesforce -Ease of monitoring and replying -Useful reports Cons - Would like a better way of customizing multiple graphic options -Would like to configure the integration with Salesforce to pull different information Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye has made it easier to address any concerns that our clients have by alerting us right away if there is a less than satisfactory review by sending a notification. We would like to be able to customize the integration with Salesforce a little more and pull different information Return on Investment - Great ROI - we have drastically increased our 5-star reviews -Time - takes so much less time to get feedback from clients Alternatives Considered - We also use Trustpilot but its downside is that it is just one review site. Birdeye allow our prospective clients to see reviews from many different websites. Other Software Used - Dropbox Support Rating - We have always had very good help with any issues or questions Usability - Simple to understand and easy to adminitrate

    Excellent reputation management platform Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye as our reputation management platform. After identifying that we needed to expend more effort in obtaining reviews and managing responses, Birdeye was the best fit for our organization. Pros - Obtaining positive reviews -Management of responses -Data analytics Cons - N/A Likelihood to Recommend - Notifications of new reviews are very helpful, as is the ability to respond easily and quickly to reviews. Return on Investment - We've increased our Google rating significantly in the past 12 months. Alternatives Considered - We used a platform previous to Birdeye, however the UI was less desirable, and the customer service was poor. Other Software Used - Constant Contact, Genesys Cloud CX Support Rating - Customer service has been very good to date. Usability - Birdeye provides virtually everything we were looking for in a reputation management platform.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to manage our reviews on various platforms, acquire more reviews, communicate with customers via google, social media and our Birdeye number. Pros - Great Customer Communications Platform -Integrates Natively With Multiple Platforms -Great Reputations Management Software -Great Support & Onboarding Team Cons - Sometimes Integrations Disconnect -Semi Lengthy On Boarding Process -Social Media Analytics Are Not In Depth Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great for many reasons. It's an easy to use platform and the onboarding team is thorough. The support team is amazing. We have Sunny, as our support expert and he is fantastic. Our tickets are resolved quickly, he's extremely responsive and if we don't understand something or want to change something he will meet us over zoom to discuss. Return on Investment - We've been able to communicate with our customers quickly and efficiently as a team. -We've acquired more reviews and are able to track all of them in one dashboard. -Overall, we've been able to efficiently manage our online reputation. Alternatives Considered - Sprout Social and Zendesk Support Suite - By investing in Birdeye we have been able to eliminate multiple tech stacks that we were using for customer support, social media analytics and tracking/aquiring more reviews. Other Software Used - Zendesk Support Suite, Sprout Social, Miro Support Rating - Support is fast to resolve tickets, respond to emails and are available for phone calls or meetings. Usability - Birdeye is easy to use and the on boarding process is thourough.

    Comprehensive solution to manage reviews and maintain communications with clients Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye makes asking for reviews much more user-friendly and easier. Instead of creating your own process for getting reviews, you can automate review asking or at the very least have a system that helps make the manual asking for reviews not much more than a few clicks of the mouse. Also, it helps with customer communication from various social media platforms, and even the option, for an additional cost, to publish to several social media sites at once, reducing the amount of time posting to various websites and platforms. Pros - Social media posting on several sites at once -Automating review generation process -Improving search engine ranking Cons - Faster, less complicated onboard process -Glitchy interface at times -App could replicate web platform's features more often Likelihood to Recommend - Well suited to automate asking for reviews, and even responding to them to enhance online reputation. Less appropriate for SEO specifically - there are probably better applications specifically for SEO. Return on Investment - Positive - has reduced time dedicated to posting on social media -Positive - has streamlined process for asking for reviews -Negative - for very small businesses, investment can be a bit high, especially considering cost same for larger businesses at one location Other Software Used - monday.com, Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company Support Headcount Required Support Rating - Very responsive to requests for help. When I email my onboarding specialist, they respond in a timely manner and address the issue, usually working to either directly answer the question with the solution, or by forwarding it on to the appropriate person or department to help troubleshoot the issue and find a solution or resolution. Usability - The effort is there to deliver a great web platform and interface, as well as the app, but it can be glitchy. For example, sometimes it takes two clicks instead of one to load a page, or, on the app, I'm typing but can't see what I typed until I minimize my keyboard.

    We have used Birdeye for about 5 months in our clinic now and our reviews are up 95%. They have been a great company to work with. We recently added the referral and web chat features to our account. The onboarding specialist Itishri Kakkar was great to work with, she went through the process with me step by step and explained everything in great detail. If you are looking to generate more leads and customers to your business I woild highly recommend Birdeye.

    A unique and easier way to help increase views and reviews Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Help to use to get new reviews on our website as well as increase referrals Pros - Ease of use -Platform integration Cons - Price point -Not including all services in price point -Not able to include all websites for integration Likelihood to Recommend - It seems to work well in regards to getting reviews. The user interface can be a little confusing and not straight forward. Return on Investment - Increasing user interaction -Increasing client views -Increasing referrals Alternatives Considered - It seems to offer more services than other programs, but is also more to get started than other programs I was looking into Support Rating - n/a Haven't had to reach out yet Usability - It seems pretty well set up, but not super easy to use. It could do a better job at making things more straightforward and easy to understand as well as making things more functional to where anyone can understand what they're doing.

We also have the platform help us in sharing our reviews to our social media with ease, so we don't have to constantly maintain ourselves. The platform is helpful also to keep all reviews in one place. Pros - Review generation -Follow up communication -Sharing on social media Cons - System failures from time to time -Better communication of our contacts being added -Picture changes when sharing reviews to social media platforms Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is best suited for companies who need assistance in the day to day help in obtaining reviews. Everyone can always ask/press a button, but to do it on a bill scale for every patient that comes through, on a weekly basis, that's where Birdeye comes in. It is less appropriate for those who maybe have 1-2 people to ask a week. Return on Investment - SEO has increased due to online rep increasing -Review count has come up significantly due to having a platform that helps -The system puts reviews and where they are coming from into perspective to try and obtain more in other ways Other Software Used - LinkedIn Jobs, Meta for Business, Google Business Profile Support Rating - The customer support is usually very fast in getting someone connected with you to figure out a solution. Sometimes the communication following up on how they did can be a little much, but they are just practicing what they preach and doing what they know best. People are usually very friendly and knowledgable also. Usability - It's very easy to use and maintain. If there is ever a question in where to find something or figure out the steps to do something, they are only an email or phone call away. I can easily show other members of my team how to use different functions as well. Plus, the patients and partners can use the links created easily to give us the review we need.

This information is gathered from reviews and used to locate company areas that need improvement and staff training opportunities. The information also allows us to see what our prospects and customers are looking for and in what format they would like information provided to them. Pros - Automated responses to reviews until staff can write a personal response. -Analytics -Customer Service and Support -Knowledgeable Staff Cons - Sometimes pushing for new goals for the purchase of additional products -Overly persistent sales rep at contract renewal -Product overload Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is a valuable tool for our business. It allows us to collect information from prospective, current and past customers. We use this information to pinpoint areas for improvement and staff training opportunities. It also allows our customers to better understand our industry and the guidelines we are required to work within. There are always new products and knowledgeable Birdeye staff to answer questions and help you decide if a product is right for you. Our rep helped us with a review campaign which increased our star rating and allowed to further connect with our customers. Return on Investment - Revised marketing strategies from analytics increased our occupancy rate -Decreased days vacant to rent ready -Increased ROI Alternatives Considered - I've only used Birdeye. Other Software Used - AppFolio Property Manager Support Rating - Our rep is always available to us for questions and the responses are prompt. Usability - The products and tools are user friendly, and our rep is always available to us if we need assistance. The analytics combined with monthly progress calls with our rep makes the product much more valuable.

We like to gain feedback on their satisfaction with our product. We like to know what kind of experience they had at our in-person training and training online and what we can do to improve their experience with us. Pros - Collect Reviews -Helps get referrals -Engage with customers Cons - Ease of functionality Likelihood to Recommend - After an in-person training, we send out an option for every customer who attended to give their feedback on how it went. We appreciate feedback as a way to grow and learn and engage with our customers. We also use it as a referral for potential customers who may be on the fence. Return on Investment - It has allowed us to gain more customers Support Rating - I have not contacted support. Usability - Birdeye is very user friendly even for someone very new to the company or customers that have never given a review before.

    Birdeye within the Vet World Pros: I love the customizable social feature. We have multiple clinics that all have different logos and colors. This helps make it very easy to post to all clinics at once. We also love the Reporting software. Its very easy to use and gives us all the basics that we need. Or if we would like to go in depth we can. Cons: Survey integration has been our least favored item. It seems like we will need to change the way the front desk checks customers in, in order to use this correctly and this could get very messy. I loved how easy it is to use and customize but when it comes down to the front desk remembering to change the way they work on a day to day it will be difficult to incorporate and implement. Overall: Overall experience with Birdeye is great. They are very helpful and informative. They help as soon as we ask for it and go above and beyond when it comes to showing us what we can do and use.

    Itishri Kakkar from Birdeye held my hand throughout my Onboarding process. I am not computer savvy, however she explained everything in detail for me to understand everything, and how to navigate my account. She was so patient, and pleasant to work with. Plus she troubleshot everything that came my way. She is the BEST!!

    User friendly & a great marketing tool Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Our company uses Birdeye for automated messages to our customers as well as responses to customer feedback on Google and other social media platforms. We have found it to be a helpful tool in communicating with our customers via text and email, as not every customer wants to make a phone call to reach us regarding different things. Pros - Makes it easy to send review requests to customers -Provides a simple way of communicating with customers via text message Cons - NA Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is well suited for our company because we encourage our customers to reach out to us anytime of day or night if they need assistance. The platform offers many ways to customers to do so. Some examples are text, email, and it even offers video chat and some other advanced features. Return on Investment - NA Alternatives Considered - Podium - I do not have much to say on this matter, as Birdeye was our selected choice before any other options had been investigated very far. Birdeye offers fair rates and made the onboarding process pretty seamless. Support Rating - Skip. No support needed. Usability - Overall, Birdeye is a very user friendly platform. The only complaint I have is that the mobile app does not update as quickly as using the website. For example, company reviews do not seem to come across to the app in real time as they do on the webpage.

We utilize it across 6 dealership locations and it is a great platform to have all reviews funnel into one location for ease of responding to reviews. Pros - Customer Service -Review Management -Auto Respond Reviews Cons - Less sales calls with your monthly cadence call -Move to Quarterly calls VS monthly Likelihood to Recommend - Prior to Birdeye, we would have to manually watch our Google business profiles, now with Birdeye they are integrated into one system. We can assign feedback to specific team members to address the issues the customer may be facing with our business, or simply pass on the good accolades of a job well done. Return on Investment - It is on budget for our reputation management system -The Birdeye team is very helpful when needed Alternatives Considered - Podium - Birdeye customer service is ten fold better than Podium. Podium was a nightmare to use, and the customer service is terrible. Support Rating - Never have to wait long for customer support tickets to be addressed. Usability - The set up of custom templates could be easier, but once you understand it, it will be familiar enough to use.
