Review Pros: It takes some of the work away from staff (manually sending review requests and cross posting to social media) Cons: That it takes 4 separate calls to complete the set up and integration

Birdeye has helped No Time for Social grow our business and remain ahead of our competition Pros: One of the best things about Birdeye is the customer service. Our agency rep [sensitive content hidden] has been spot on answering our questions and getting resolutions to any issues we have. He has also been very supportive, providing assets to help us grow.Our clients would most likely not have a review system in place without us bringing a solution to the table, and Birdeye has allowed us to provide this comprehensive solution to help build our client pages on social platforms. Cons: There are some small glitches with the connections, but that seems like an issue with a lot of platforms that are using API connections. You have to monitor your connections to make sure everything is still running smoothly. The monthly recap is a great way to identify missing connections but you still need to make sure things are connected properly. Overall: We've been with them for several years, and the value you receive is top-notch for this type of service. We have reviewed at least 10 of them over the years and have stayed with Birdeye since they provide great support.

Cons - Notifications need some work. -Social media platform need help too. Likelihood to Recommend - When we are trying to follow up with customer, Birdeye helps us to do it professionally. Return on Investment - Birdeye helps us achieve our goal of WOWing customers. -Birdeye helps us keep a step ahead with know what we can do improve. Support Rating - Friendly and fast! By utilizing Birdeye, we are able to optimize on reviews and keep a live outlook on the feedback we receive as a company. We are also able to be informed of a negative review and be able to address the issue with the customer right away, which usually turns our negative review into a positive! Pros - 24/7 live feed of reviews -Emails when new reviews come in -Access to giving feed back back to customers Cons - I have not come across any issues on my end Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is a great tool to receive customer reviews. Our company loves to serve customers, so staying on top of all positive and negative reviews is vital to our operations. We are able to get visuals on negative reviews that come in, and respond quickly to customers to resolve the issue. This helps turn our negative reviews into positives most of the time as well Return on Investment - Addressing negative feedback -24/7 visuals on reviews -Emails from Birdeye Alternatives Considered - AngelList Venture - Birdeye has more content. The set up from Birdeye is very easy to navigate for our company. The set up is very easy. Birdeye can be utilized to send emails of live feedback which allows us to be able to respond in quickly manners. Birdeye has been my favorite platform so far. Other Software Used - AngelList Venture, Centreviews, Birdeye Support Rating - Great support. Fast and efficient. Usability - This is very user friendly.
