    I wish there was more explanation and direction on how to make changes on the website and WHY is it important to do on Bidreye first! Our company had experienced the same issue twice with Google due to a lack of knowledge that all we needed to do was to make changes on Birdeye website instead of making changes in Google My Business Profile.
